The machines were not clean and smelled musty. The AC is out, so it is sweltering inside. The building is not well maintained. The coin machine is out of order, and the staff is never at the desk, even if they were they don't have change. The woman working asked me if I needed quarters, I told her Yes, she then made me wait another 10 minutes after I had already been standing around for nearly 20, just to tell me she didn't have change to give me.

It's clean, staff always there to help. Early morning n late evening is not crowded but afternoon always & at times will have to wait for machines. Only complaint I have is the spin at the end of wash. They slowed it down as of last year so you have to put Xtra quarters for the dryer. I'm not the only one that noticed that. Other wise is ok.
