I am extremely disappointed with Holler Honda’s service, professionalism, and overall customer care. I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in back in June 2025 for a “Charging System Problem.” I was charged $129.95 for a diagnostic, left waiting over 2.5 hours with no updates, and then treated in a condescending manner when I asked for a simple status. As a woman, the tone and attitude I received felt dismissive and rude, as if my concerns didn’t matter.
When I requested to check out, the service rep literally asked me to move from his desk so he could help someone else. The manager stepped in to check me out, but no one ever followed up on the complaint I submitted in writing. Not a single response from the dealership.
Months later, the issue escalated into a serious safety defect — repeated loss of steering assist while driving. Holler Honda pulled diagnostic code C1250-52 (Electric Brake Booster Internal Failure), which affects both steering and braking assist. This is directly connected to the electrical issue I reported in June and was brushed off.
I have now filed an NHTSA safety complaint and escalated the case to Honda Corporate.
What’s even more concerning is the culture at this dealership. Employees openly talk about how the service manager is “lazy,” and the overall environment reflects that lack of leadership. It shows in the way customers are treated — rushed, dismissed, and spoken to as if we’re inconveniencing them.
I have owned Hondas since 1997 — four Accords over nearly 30 years — and I have never experienced this level of disrespect or incompetence. This dealership failed to diagnose a safety issue, ignored a formal complaint, and treated me poorly during every interaction.
Consumers deserve honesty, proper diagnostics, and respectful service — not to be talked down to, dismissed, or placed in danger because a known issue was ignored.

Easily best experience out of every vehicle purchase I've ever done. Complete transparency on pricing, integrity throughout the purchase process and actually earned my business in the future. I really can't describe how pleasantly surprised I was, I'm very much used to the stereotypical hidden fees, pushing for additional coverages that are not needed and there was none of that. Can't recommend this place enough.

Holler Honda Orlando offered me to change the oil in my Honda Passport.
I visited this dealer on June 10.
I really liked the service. Speed, quality and accuracy. Everything, including diagnostics, was done in less than an hour, we didn't even have time to get bored.
Nice showroom, beautiful presentation of new cars, comfortable conditions for customers.
Good location, convenient entry and exit.
I want to come again.

I've lived in Florida 11 years and this was the best dealership I have dealt with thus far. Very professional. Gave me quote before arrival and stuck to it when it was time to meet with finance. The truck I purchased was in excellent condition upon arrival. It was detailed and everything ready to go. The gentleman showing it to me was very helpful and professional. Great Florida dealership. I would definitely recommend.

Overall a pretty good experience. Drove the distance to view a particular vehicle. The vehicle was clean, and great shape, and ready to be test driven. Other than taking longer than it really needed to to finalize the sale and the paperwork, overall it was a great experience. Thank you Raymond!
