I used to believe in the reliability and integrity of Holler Honda until I leased my first car from them. Despite having purchased multiple cars from them in the past, my initial leasing experience was a complete letdown. The car turned out to be a lemon, requiring two separate visits to address the same issues, with each visit lasting over 30 days. To compound the frustration, they initially insisted that both my insurance and I cover the costs, even though the issues were manufacturer-related.During the second round of repairs for the recurring problem, they finally acknowledged their error and resolved the issue at the manufacturer's expense. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the Sales Manager, BK, and asserted that the car was a lemon, he dismissed it, claiming that it no longer qualified due to the elapsed term. Instead of addressing the issue, he tried to persuade me to lease another car. I questioned the logic of leasing from Holler Honda again, considering the major manufacturer-related problems and the fact that we had to bear the cost the first time.Despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone calls, I have not received any response or callback from the General Manager, RD, regarding my request to waive the fee. This fee applies when choosing not to purchase or lease another vehicle from Holler Honda at the end of the lease, signaling a departure from their services. This lack of communication reflects a disregard for customer satisfaction, suggesting that their primary focus is on making sales and earning commissions rather than maintaining long-term customer loyalty. As a result, they have lost a customer who was loyal to them for a significant period.I might reconsider updating my review if General Manager RD responds and addresses the concerns by waiving the end-of-lease fee at Holler Honda. Perhaps, in the future, after a hiatus from Holler Honda, we could potentially consider doing business again if the fee is waived or if I am reimbursed for the expenses incurred during the initial repairs.

My recent car purchase at Holler Honda in Orlando was the easiest and most pleasant ever! Every single person was so professional and courteous. But the main Star was Wis Presume! He delivered an exceptional customer experience with his quick responses, knowledge and professionalism. But even more, he was genuinely interested in me as a person and making sure I had the right car, the best financing, and a good experience. Hands down the best team at Holler Honda and Wis lead the way!

When a place tells you to make sure you remove your valuables before your oil change because they are not responsible for any loss, what is a customer supposed to think? The staff is warning you against theft as you leave your vehicle with them. Is this normal practice now? So nowI’m supposed to ensure my vehicle is completely clear of “valuables” when I leave it at Holler Honda because they will not be held responsible for the actions of their own employees performing service if they decide to steal? That’s comforting. Just removed trust as a core value in a business. Awesome.

Holler Honda is the best. Honest and courteous. I sent my 17 year old son to have the car checked out because the emissions light came on. Great experience all the way around. Great for my son to learn how to take care of a car. They took the time to explain to him the issue, offered a few other services such as a battery, and they were honest. They could have told him he needed this, that, and the other thing. Best Honda dealer around!

This dealership was a great experience. Mo made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. He was very informative, and the car is great. I appreciate him a lot and will surely recommend his services and Holler Honda to my loved ones and friends.

I set-up an appointment for an oil change and I got on in less than an hour, which was surprisingly a great turnaround time. Aside from being quoted a ridiculous almost 350.00 amount for other services I had already taken care of, the representative was very amicable and pleasant. He had to look into the system in order to confirm that I had conducted those services.

I was quickly greeted by the service center staff and my truck was taken away for the service and safety recall. I did know the service would take four hours and if. I had I would have dropped off my vehicle the night before. Except for the wait all other activities were done in good order.

I can only tell you about the service department from Holler. They were very outstanding. My service representative, Chris Perez, was fantastic. His knowledge of my vehicle was outstanding. They literally were done with my service in under 30 minutes. The waiting area was superior. There are multiple waiting venues. I went upstairs to their "movie room". I was the only one in there. It was a nice place to relax and wait for my vehicle. They also have coffee and snacks while you wait. I know no one ever wants to go to the dealership, but they do make your time there comfortable and as stress free as possible.

Troy was absolutely amazing! Usually I dread this process but this time it was quick & fun! My new car is beautiful for an awesome price! Best experience I’ve had! HIGHLY recommend! I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received from start to finish.

Normally going to a dealership may feel like an all day task, but purchasing from this location changed the game for me this time. I am truly happy with my vehicle. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. I received a warm welcome and I can reassure you these peeps know their stuff! Thank you for your service .

Make sure their payment system is working when you show up. Went in for servicing & their payment system was down. I used the link to pay for it but when I submitted my payment the webpage never showed a paid claim. I ended up paying twice and have since had a very difficult time getting a refund. They don't seem to prioritize customers satisfaction

The best Honda dealership in Central F.L.! We got a phenomenal lease deal here with the help of Raymond N in 2021. Recently in July 2023 the service manager Mr. William helped me out. He was absolutely amazing! Mr. William took care of some issues we had with our vehicle because of a repair shop we took it to due to an accident. He gave exceptional customer service which is so rare. It showed that he truly cared and took the time to discuss my concerns. I’m so thankful for his help and the help of George P. who helped me as well. Definitely a reliable and trustworthy Honda dealership!

My experience with Holler Honda has been limited to the parts department. The parts guys are awesome, willing to go over parts diagrams, and figure out the correct part numbers that I'm looking for. Prices are decent, but not amazing. Staff is awesome though.

I've been driving Honda's for over 20 years now, and having them serviced at Honda dealerships. Holler is the third dealership I've taken my cars to, and they live up to the high quality of service I've come to enjoy. Drew, my service manager at Holler, is up front with what my car needs, provides an estimate that is always accurate (or even better at times, a little over what the final price comes to), as well as letting me know how long the service will take. Holler is quick and efficient at taking care of my car, they have a comfortable waiting area with beverages and snacks, and everyone there is very friendly. My only complaint is that Holler seems to lack a regular shuttle service for customers to use to get home or back to work, and then back to the dealership. The other Honda dealerships I've used have provided this and it's a really nice convenience. Other than that, though, I feel good about taking my car to them for service. I've been to mechanics in the past that have left me with a bad taste, and feeling like I've been ripped off, but the Honda dealerships have always been top notch.
