This place is my go-to for random stuff I cant find at other stores. I love that I can browse the aisles without someone constantly asking if I need help. It's great to just grab what I need and go. The amount of products is insane, this place is massive so you better know the layout or ask for help so you dont end up down a rabbit hole. Plus, it's conveniently located, which is a huge bonus.

Inadequate parking. Can't tell you how many times I've tried to go here in the morning for work and can't park so I go elsewhere. Today is the last time I'll try, I give up on this location.

To start, I want to highlight Crystal at the Returns department. She was very helpful with my exchange of items, even though I did not have a receipt.
Where my experience was not pleasant, was with the older, black women who was "working" at the self checkout. I did not get her name but, she was working at 9am on 12/8/24. From the moment me and my husband walked up to the register, her body language and tone made us feel very uncomfortable. She made a few remarks and eventually explicitly said that she thought we were stealing.
One of the items I was attempting to purchase, did not have a tag to scan, so we needed assistance. When I asked her for help, she said to us, she needed to "talk to her coworker first" (which she absolutely did not) and proceeded to scold him right in front of us. Once finished, she still did not offer a solution and my husband even asked if there was a way she could look up the item which she ignored. Eventually, he grew impatient and walked all the way back to the garden center to get another hose that did have a tag.
Not only did she not help us in checking out, she made it harder for us to be serviced. Then adding on her rude demeanor and comments, the entire situation left a very bad taste in my mouth. She should not be allowed to work with customers, as she does not have a nice attitude or desire to do her job.

If some of older male employees don’t like to helping customers here, I don’t how they get paired and still working here.
One of younger employees is very helpful and he is doing plumbing work in the morning.

This is one of the worst Home Depot‘s in the Orlando area. It is a constant and persistent issue of having things listed in stock at this specific location and every time we go to get the product it’s either not on the floor or can’t be found.
Today specifically, we went three times to look for separate products that were listed as being in stock on their website and all three times the products were not found.
One of the main issues as the majority of the staff employed here.
They could not care less about helping you find a product. They are always prioritizing hanging out with each other or being on their phone.
They do not take business owners seriously in anyway whatsoever.
This specific store is actually costing business owners money with the incompetence that is always being displayed over such a simple thing like looking for a product that is listed as being in stock

Some employees are super helpful with where to get stuff and showing you.
Others are terrible.
The check out is a complete disaster. It is very unclear how to enter the line and seemingly the entrance is in the opposite place that one would intuitively guess it was.

Horrible experience. Refrigerator delivery from different store rerouted to them. They delivered a dented fridge. Delivery crew didn't have a working dolly...borrowed mine. Still left it outside the front door (due to "policy") this is for paid delivery. Now on 4th call trying to arrange return pickup (they want me to accept a 6 am - 8 pm pick up window). I guess they just do not care what happens after they have your $$$.

Please don't ever rent from them. They charge obscene amounts and are not true to their word. Make sure grt everything in writing and never rely on the employees to know what their policies are.
Make sure to do your own research or they will "scam" you.

I contacted home depot over the phone for a kitchen consultation. I was informed there is a $129 fee for it online but in person there is no charge. I was referred to the winter park location for the most experienced team for kitchen design in my area.
After arriving, I sat down with the specialist and was told she doesn't have time to do my consultation because she hadn't gone on lunch yet and when she gets back from lunch she had an appointment already booked at 4:30PM (It was currently 2:30PM) Then she went on to tell me that her manager doesn't want her doing free consultations because it takes alot of time and doesn't want people just booking it to compare prices. (Isn't that the point?)
After a multitude of excuses, I got up and left. More fantastic customer service from Home Depot. I'll go elsewhere.

They had m18 sawzall on sale 119 in the tool cage I told all the girls at self check out I want it open and they never called anyone and gave me a dirty look when I asked them about it because I interrupted there conversation one of them name was Laura then they said they will call someone I waited and no one showed up I then flag someone down that knew the combination and opened it for me. I then went to pay and was charged 129 plus tax I had to get back to work so I just took the rip off and left. That's not good buisness.
