THIS MESSAGE is for DISTRICT MGR. You have 6 BIG POT HOLES at the entrance of Home Depot FOR LAST 3 MONTHS. When will you get it FIX? If you have a car or truck you will blow your tires. It is that deep.
I would avoid this store till they reply me back on google that POT HOLE-has been fixed. Till that time I will go LOWES one mile down.

I don’t appreciate your cashier at self checkout flirting with my partner. Then when my partner was trying to purchase the spray paint (not me nor was I holding it) she then proceeded to ask me for my birthday and when I told her she said “I don’t think 1999 is good enough.” First off I didn’t have my id with me so you shouldn’t have allowed the sale according to the law. Second off how are we a cashier when we are so bad at math we didn’t know 1999 was well old enough to purchase spray paint. 2/22/25 at 12pm-12:30pm is when I was at the store.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Home Depot location. I forgot my credit card at home and politely explained the situation to customer service, expecting some level of understanding or assistance. Instead, I was met with rude behavior, poor communication, and absolutely no willingness to help. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly shocking for a store of this caliber.
When I asked to speak to the manager, I thought the situation would improve, but it got worse. No wonder the staff behaves this way—he sets the tone with his lack of leadership and appalling customer service. Despite explaining that I live an hour away and requesting to complete a phone sale (a valid and reasonable option), they outright refused, showing zero concern for their customers’ needs.
After much persistence and explaining that I’ve successfully done this before at other locations, the manager begrudgingly asked the staff to process it. But by then, the damage was done—this store’s staff demonstrated the absolute worst example of customer service I’ve seen.
To the Orlando community: if you’re looking for a store where your time, patience, and basic decency are valued, look elsewhere. This Home Depot clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Avoid it if you want to spare yourself frustration and disappointment.

I had to go to my parents house and switch out the old Shower faucet had to go to home depot to get a shower valve socket wrench to take out the old ones I love going to home depot anyway I'm like a kid in the candy store And if staff make it so easy even though you don't really know sometime what you're looking for they can really help you out. That's why I love going to home depot.
