I went to buy a metal bar and I spent almost an hour waiting for someone to arrive and take it down from where it was and in the end I had to go and buy it at LOWE'S. Very bad service, there is no attention, many workers and everyone walking around doing nothing!

UPDATE: I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER: he said there was nothing he can do to make it safer to shop there and blamed the sheriff dept for allowing the situation to deteriorate.
I still shop at the ollies and the chinese buffet thats near by because the creeps dont hover around those buisnesses, JUST HOME DEPOT
Great store, been going there for over 30 years.
HOWEVER, it is no longer safe to shop there. There are dozens of creepy looking guys hovering around the parking lot watching your every move.
Today one of the homeless creepy guys started walking up to cars and pounding on car windows when I tried to leave.
Only a matter of time before someone gets car jacked .... or worse.
Be safe, drive a little further go to Lowe' s .
Sorry HD, make your parking lot safer

Horrible, I needed a pipe for a shelf, I looked for it first, then in the app, then I asked, they sent me to 3 lines, 5 different people, I walked for more than an hour through the lines, they told me only online, I finally found it myself

Curbside is absolutely useless. They blame the app for not getting notified that there is a customer waiting and basically don’t care why the customer chooses curbside pickup. This wasn’t the first time they have made me to come inside to pick my order. Is there a way to give 0 star review?

Rude employee at the returns desk. Don't acknowledge you. Your a burden to them. No, hi how can i help you. No, have a nice day. You know basic human decency. I went somewhere else to spend my money.

It is one of the stores with the worst customer service! They are slow, rude, 0% agility and help! It is preferable to go to LOWES which is next door!

If zero would be possible that what they would get. I bought something online. 3 weeks after supposedly delivery time they don’t know what happened with my stuff. I do not recommend to buy anything online from home depot.

Upside If you need to find an item there's plenty of people to help.
Downside this location doesn't have enough people for check out. It will take you 25-30 minutes to leave.
Also Customer care number will not help inless you are looking to make a purchase. It was faster for me to drive the two miles down the street to the Lowes to make my purchase.
