This store has the worst customer service. Noone is ever available to assist when retrieving large items from the shelf. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get assistance with a large sink from the top shelf. This store is busy assisting online orders while ignoring the customers in person. Constantly closing down aisles. I will never step foot in this home depot. Lowes and Ace Hardware will be my new store.

I needed to do a phone sale and I feel I was bullied by the lady at service pro using black shirt and with eyes conditions having squint problems , she was laughing at all times and washing me , I mentioned her eyes problems just to describe her since don’t remember her name and I respect everyone health conditions, I hope you fire this unrespectfull person , and give this position to another person who really needs it and can be respectful , we need people who love their jobs position (phone sale) and not just going to work having fun with customers, thank you

I recently had an extremely disappointing customer service experience at the Home Depot on Narcoosse Road. My customer associate, JODINE, was unhelpful and disrespectful throughout our interaction.
I was attempting to clarify details regarding a large product return and to ensure I had all necessary information, as I was handling the transportation myself. Instead of providing assistance, JODINE was rude and dismissive from the outset. Furthermore, she engaged in unprofessional behavior by pointing fingers at me and speaking negatively about me to her colleagues within earshot.
As a long-standing Home Depot customer, I am deeply concerned by this treatment. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention. I expect Home Depot to address this issue and ensure that its customer service representatives treat customers with respect and professionalism.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here with the customer service. A few months back, I wanted to go buy something with store credit. I got the credit by buying something online about a year ago but got refunded because the order couldn't be fulfilled. I couldn't place the order online, so I called customer service and someone on the phone told me that I had to use it in store. No problem, I thought. I can't believe how wrong I was. When entering the store, I asked the man behind the counter to help me place the order. The response I got? No, unfortunately I can't help you with that. The attitude he gave me was terrible. I went outside to my car to call customer service, and they kindly told me to try to explain the situation to the people working there, but I knew it wouldn't work. I went back in, requesting to speak to the manager of the same man who refused to help. This time, he immediately helped me. He acted scared, and did it for me. Now I knew for sure he was just too lazy to do it. Very disappointed in the customer service here. This isn't the first time I've encountered someone like this in this store. Shame on the employees.

If u are thinking about using home depot services for anything. DONT!. I used them for a few projects. My mistake was doing it all at one time. Had i did one at a time i would have not used them for the others. Not one of the 4 projects have went smooth. Rather missed appointments, no call no shows, poor workmanship. U name it they can find a way to.mess it up. They use sub contractors but these contractors are representing them. TERRIBLE.. I can't wait to be done with them. Just trying to keep someone else from going thru what I have been thru. It is so bad that I have cut my home depot card and will NOT shop there again. And never use a bix box chain to do work on my home. It's evident they use the cheapest contractors to put more money in there pocket. No thought to quality. I would have to type 5 pages to explain all the problems.

Really went over and beyond to offer me The Best Customer service and Customer Satisfaction concerning a tankless water heater I was experiencing problems with. He provided me with seamless Satisfaction to help solve my problems and issues with this tankless water heater.
By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. He was very patience and understanding and showed much concerns to resolving My issue to my Satisfaction and I'm forever grateful for the complete resolution and solutions to resolve this problem.
I am a customer 💯% satisfied.

Always have the best real Christmas trees in the tent outside. Buy them every year. They barely shed and they last so long!
