I went to buy a tool box in the short time I was in the store they stole more than five thousand dollars worth of equipment the help from the store was very bad The manager of the store does not show concern about the situation, he only said that there are signs that say that they are not responsible for theft for them, this is something that happens constantly and they do not care That their clients are robbed in the parking lot that is full of people who do not have a job, among those the thieves hide. And that they have security cameras and recording stations 24 hours

There is an employee by the name of Demetrio that just started at this location he went above and beyond to find a particular filter, I showed him a picture of it that I had in my phone. I was very pleased with his customer service skills and the time he took out of his busy day to help me! I will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot for future purchases!

I am in the middle of home remodel and had a large list from my contractor. Store had lots of employees but they never where available. Every time I asked if they could help, the answer was not may area I will call someone. No one ever came. I got so frustrated I left and drove to Lowes and spent $450. I have to say, this seems to be the trend with home depot, they use to be my go to but giving up on them!!!! Just save yourself the time an d go to another hardware store

I've lost count of how many times I've either placed an online order for an "in-stock" item, only to be told it isn't, or going to pick up an item that says it is without ordering it.Inventory is a total mess here. The hardware section is in complete disarray, and the employees don't care to fix it. "Not our problem--deal with it," said an older gentleman whose name I didn't catch.

We bought a central air unit almost a year ago through ars home depot. Weve been calling them non stop since march. They have a 100% guarentee within 1 year that if our house is not within 1 degree of our desired temp that they will house us in a reasonably priced hotel. my thermostat is set at 72 and my inside temp has gotten 88 degrees by the end of the day. today I got lucky and only had it reach 80. This has been going on since march and no one has called me back or offer

I came in for one thing and the places even more packed than I expected. This may have been my second time in a Home Depot and I was so lost. Asking around, no one could really help me find what I was looking for, so it was up to me to weave in and out of aisles until I found it. With my one item, i headed to the registers and the lines were so long. I'm a patient person so no big deal. One of the managers did come by and apologize for the wait. After 10 minutes in line, I was on my way. It wasn't the worst experience ever, but if you do go, remember that home improvement stores are busy right now, so be sure to bring you mask and your patience.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This Home Depot was the absolute worst with customer service inside!! They only had 2 registers open at 6:30pm when they close at 10pm. The customer service desk was turning customers away because in all reality the women that work behind there are just lazy. Employees standing around. Horrible attitudes. The only plus side to this location is the employee JOE who helped us in the parking lot. $1000 in sales and they are absolutely lu

This store has the worst customer service ever! My husband and I went in to buy a grill and needed it down from a top shelf. We asked for assistance and two people came with the Genie lift. Apparently it needed charged and they couldn't get it down. Neither associate said a word and left with the machine. We stood there for 15 min and then I asked for a manager. It took Henry another 10min to come to customer service. When I started telling him what happened he already knew everything. Never apologized just asked to see which grill we wanted. There was another machine in the aisle and he tried that one but it wasn't charged either. Are you kidding me? By this time it had been 40 min. Henry proceeded to tell us he would go find something to get it down. I said this is the worst customer service I have ever seen and he finally apologized.I told my husband forget it and we'll go to another one and by the grill. Henry responded with an attitude saying "why would you drive further to go get the drill if I'm going to get it down?" Ummmm... because you guys are rude and don't care about your customers. I will go out of my way to another Home Depot just to be treated better.

Honestly the worst Home Depot around. They lack common courtesy and customer service. Looking to be yelled at and blamed for everything, this is the place for you. There are never any help around when you need it, so when you attempt to get something yourself, they blame you for not asking for help. Don't even get me started about the garden section and lighting. Electrical is trash. They are never around and when they are, they are hiding in the corner like wild animals. Looking for help in the garden section? Might as well ask the Wild cats and squirrels because the garden section employees are no where to be found. Especially outside. Looking for help in plumbing or any department in general? Out of luck. I been going here for awhile and I have yet to find an employees that's not a "wanna be". I imagine all the good ones left for greener pastures. Save your time and go to Loews down the road. The only reason this place is still in business is because of location. In Summary, a garbage looking store, appearance, and customer service.

Worst Home Depot ever! I usually always shop here for the last many years but I'll never be visiting this location ever again after my horrible experience. A Home Depot employee yelled at me and it was my first time cutting wood and the employee cut the wrong sizes for me and I refuse to pay for measurements I do not need. The employee kept rushing me and then started to yell at me triggering my anxiety.

This is the worst home depot you can ever shop. Starts with the parking lot. It is a mess, a hassle to parking. Just to pick up an online order it took about 40min for the guy go to the back of the store and come back with my item. Customer services is awful.
