Millenia HomeGoods has the best employees and that is why I will drive an extra (I live 2 miles from one) 22 minutes to shop at this store. Tomorrow, I will update this review with the employees names (a cashier whose name begins with an A, the manager with short hair (working at 5 on 2/20), and the gaurd.
One can't beat the location either. It's next door to Marshall's and Ross (to name a few)!

We have been waiting easily 10 min in line and no one calls for backup. There are clearly more employees and the store isn’t busy that someone else can’t come and help but the other lady is just standing there not helping. Its ridiculous

Marie didn’t provide a good customer service and her communication skill was very difficult to understand. I would give zero star if there is an option. She was my cashier, and staring at me from beginning to the end with an attitude. I went to return a kettle with my receipt and the tag, because after the water boils, the kettle burns my finger. After I explained to her, her face expression showed she was annoyed by doing her job. Then she tried to provide me the refund on a gift card, but she didn’t know how to do it. After she was asking her manager and had me slide the card for 4 times, she pointed the register screen to ask me to select it when the screen is facing to her. After spent 10 mins to return one item due to the lack of her professional skill, she didn’t say any thank you or sorry.

Absolutely beautiful items for the holidays and home decor. Affordable prices. Very helpful employees. The store is kept nice and organized, and if you can't find what you're looking for, ask one of the employees 😉 . I definitely recommend this store for home decorating items kitchen accessories and so much more. Go and check them out. I love it.
