I went in not knowing what my grandmother needed for her recent surgery and they helped me get the right supplies. Their staff is very friendly and show a real interest in helping out their customers. I even called them back a month later to get a copy of the receipt and they quickly found it and emailed it to me. Their knowledgeable about the different products they sell and take the time to make sure you understand everything before you walk out the door.Thank you for your help.

Utilized their wheelchair rental for a few days to allow my mom to go on a trip to NYC with us. Test drove in the driveway the day prior and off to the airport the next morning.As we were wheeling toward the terminal the front left wheel was wobbling and causing a very uncomfortable ride. I stopped at the ticket counter and Delta Airlines attempted to fix the wheel. After a few tries it was unsuccessful and they offered to loan us a wheelchair as we were only taking a day trip and would return in the evening.Upon returning the chair and explaining the situation, the clerk refused a refund. I sat in the chair and it wasn’t as bad for me as I’m 70lbs lighter than my mom but the tire still vibrated but she refused to acknowledge and insisted it was a brand new chair.After asking for a refund yet again, she still refused.Horrible customer service!Reply to owner:As you saw the wheel was vibrating and every time I mentioned you said “move your head” and refused to acknowledge the vibration, so yet again, HORRIBLE customer serviceAs you can see we clearly didn’t use your “new” chair, so do the next customer a favor and FIX it before they have an almost ruined trip

I took a trip to Orlando through Delta, I traveled with a friend who needed a wheelchair and to my bad luck Delta does not lend or rent wheelchairs to take out of the airport. Thanks to a referral I was able to contact Horizon Medical Supplies in Orlando and I was able to rent through them. I am so grateful for there help. Thanks Horizons! We enjoyed aware vacation!!!

Absolutely terrible rental experience. I rented a wheelchair from them to take my older mother to NYC for a day trip for dinner and a stroll through the park. I preformed a quick test with her in the drive way prior and it seemed fine. The next morning we left early for the airport and upon wheeling into the terminal the front left tire started vibrating. I slowed and it started again. I mentioned it to the Delta Airlines agent and she attempted to fix the issue but to little surprise, wasn't able and went out of her way and offered us a wheelchair as we were just going to be back that night.Upon returning, I mentioned to the clerk and I asked for a refund. She refused and I even offered to push her but she insisted on pushing me, a whole 145 pounds. The chair wheel started to slightly vibrate but not as terrible as when my mother was in it but she refused to acknowledge it.I pointed out the wheel and she slowed and told me to put my head up and completely ignored the situation. She continued to refuse my refund. She insisted it was a brand new chair. Horrible customer service and I hope they fix that chair before somebody else rents it and has a terrible experience!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Joyce took the time to measure me to ensure the right fit and even ordered one in the color I wanted that they didn't have in stock at that moment, to have it delivered to my home. Great store with lots of supplies for your medical needs.

Don’t not bother going here, they sell defective products. They have a no return policy so they apply this to case as well. They sold me a nebulizer that with the 3rd use a random white wire became louse. I was able to move the wire out of the way the fan would not clash with it. Then about 4 uses later it stopped working all together.

Friendly environment, caring personnel, clean and organized store. They are costumer-centered. They will always order any item requested if they don't have it in store or even suggest another place that may have it if it's urgent and can't wait for shipment. 5 stars no doubt!!!
