I was at the salon today and was served by Celina. Her service was excellent, always kind and gentle. The place is perfect for those who want to relax while getting a pedicure and manicure. Highly recommended.

Today, my daughter and I went to get our nails done. This was our first time going to this place and it certainly will be the last very bad customer service the old lady that did my nails didn’t even introduce herself never said a one word, all she kept doing is talking to her coworker, who was doing my daughter‘s nails.The service that was offered was horrible. I was finished before my daughter so I got up to go sit down to wait on my daughter their chairs are by the door so in their mind, they’re thinking I’m leaving and told one of the workers to close the door mind you the whole time that our nail was been done the door was open and as soon as I got up she’s thinking I’m going to run off. Long story short we paid the $85 for our fill and we walked out NO TIP. 😐 for the record I’m a tipper but I refuse to tip for horrible service.

Me and my boyfriend decided to get pedicures (and a mani for him) done on Valentine’s Day and honestly I would say we will never come back her again. Although we did get basic pedicures done the service was extremely rushed. Granted it was Valentine’s Day, but again it was Valentine’s Day and they were not busy at all to where our services needed to be rushed, nor was it close to closing time. My boyfriend’s top coat was only painted on 1/2 of his finger nails and it looked extremely old and sloppy. There was clear top coat all on his skin and it looked as if a 2 year old serviced him. The top coat for his pedicure was already peeling as if the polish was old. I asked if my water could be hotter because that is the temperature I prefer for my pedicures being that you are expecting to sit for a while and the water does get cold fast. They immediately began to speak in their language which made me feel a tab bit uncomfortable. The bottom of my feet still feels the same as if I didn’t even get a pedicure. Despite the fact that I did not want her to use the razor on the bottom of my feet the pumice stone usually gets the job done. To make matter even worse I feel that the place is extremely unsanitary. Instead of draining my water to add hot water the young lady took a bucket and emptied the water that my feet was already in into the pedicure bowl next to me where someone was getting serviced. That completely blew my mind. The lady also went too deep into my left cuticle on my big toe to where it was throbbing the next morning. We did go back the next day for them to correct the mistakes on my boyfriends service, but personally for $75 for basic pedis (no gel) and a mani I believe services should’ve been done correctly the first time. I am not here to bash anyone, but just share my experience.

The 1st and last time here, very poor customer service i don't like the way they work here. Please don't come here. The full set that said was 40.00, but because she knew her service was poor she came and added her tip to my bill

My wife and I spent the day in Orlando Saturday and decided we wanted to go for a mani & pedi decided to just ride around and the first one we came upon in the Publix plaza was HOT NAILS. We were pleasantly greeted and were assisted immediately. The service and professionalism was none other. We each had the most pleasant experience. My wife started with the top of the line pedi great experience then her nails and finished with a brow tint. “It looked spectacular.”
I was blessed to have a wonderful tech and that was none other than SOPHIA. She is a young beautiful professional Vietnamese woman well spoken in English. Totally takes pride in her work and gives her clients the best experience ever. I started with a top of the line pedi topped it off with a manicure. It’s not often we get the chance to treat ourselves due to the type of work we do. But, when we do we want the best and we received the best.
We totally recommend you go to Hot Nails in Orlando and experience the great service that we did. The prices are responsibly priced and worth ever penny.
Thanks again for a job well done we will definitely return.

The new group of workers are not good. Never got a deluxe pedicure for 40 and had to pay 5 extra dollars for nail polish remover from pervious service!. There was nothing deluxe about that pedicure. I don't recommend.

First time walking in here after I seen the new management sign . I came in for a pedicure and polish change and I tell you that Ann was great , she was gentle , friendly and very sweet and understandable. I will be coming back for another . ?
