Scanners, do not use them. I somehow got switched to them booking online, added insurance on reservation that I didn't want. I called them as soon as I received confirmation and they wouldn't let me cancel without charging me penalty. Terrible

I was very disappointed with hotelbedsusa. Their prices are inflated and cost me $54 more than it would have to book through the hotel. I will never use them again.

Terrible customer service...they charged my card 6 times and the reservation was not confirmed. An absolute disaster
