The preparer at the location we went to (Roberto) was difficult to understand due to a language barrier, had to constantly repeat ourselves and write down what we were trying to communicate to him.

First of all I've been going to HR Block since 1988 ? it all started at Fashion Square Mall I trust H&R Block I never had no problem with HR block the agents are nice so I guess I'm stuck with HR block with my heart?? 33 years God bless me and the Agents that's the reason why I put number five
