The service is fast, you can see everything they're doing with your data, but the percentage they charge is expensive.

If I could I would rate lower, I would. We went there because we weren't sure how we should file our taxes jointly. They charge $400 dollars for something anybody could've done from home with a calculator. If you're trying to save, just go elsewhere. The person who helped us is great, the place, not so much.

Do NOT have your taxes filed by Jeffrey L. Made an absolute mistake by going to this location. He is completely incompetent, rude, and extremely unprofessional!!! Jeffrey decided to take it upon himself to change my filing status without my consent. When i pointed out his error before leaving my appointment, he immediately got defensive and argued me. He refused to fix his error and apply the correct credits. Instead of admitting to, and fixing the mistake, he refused to make corrections and tried to make excuses to not look bad for making a mistake, instead He announced how much i made for the year loudly in the middle of the waiting room filled with other clients for everyone else to hear. Now i have to file an amendment to have my taxes corrected due to the Ignorance of this “professional” who clearly has no idea how to file taxes and apply appropriate credits. You absolutely will not get your maximum refund and will have a headache of having to amend your return. I paid way too much to have my taxes filed in this location, especially when they refuse to file returns correctly.

Amazing staff ! Irma does amazing at helping you understand the tax process and also makes sure that you have all papers needed before starting the process . She takes her time and is extremely helpful. The location is nice and clean and has plenty of parking.
