I came to this place to do my taxes and they wanna charge me over$120 to do my taxes not big diggy. It is what it is. I was willing to pay but then something went wrong and I told the lady never mind. Then she wants to give me "$25 discount"? Why she didn't give me the discount from the beginning? Plus she was doing my taxes online in front of me, I can do that!!! Duh!!! Never again. Safe your $$$ and do your taxes online.

Heather made my husband and I’s tax experience much better than we could have ever anticipated! She helped us after her coworker told us to come back at a later time because our taxes “were going to take a long time”.Heather was clear, efficiently, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our taxes were done correctly (we had an unusual tax situation) and made the experience enjoyable.Thank you for all that you did for us, Heather! Poor communication. I arrived for my 9am appointment 5 minutes late due to traffic and no one was there. I received a text at 9am confirming, but I was driving so I didn't see it until I was there. I called the office and nobody answered. They called the day before asking me to call but I was at work and didn't get the message until after they were closed. There was no message about rescheduling or anything.
