Because the vet at this clinic is a know it all and doesn't listen to his paying customers, my daughter's kitten might lose her eye, and possibly her life. They neglect care and push you out the door so when their treatments don't work, you must pay for a whole new visit again. They are the least helpful people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I will be filing a complaint both with the owner of the practice and the board of veterinarians for shady services. I guess you know how much they care about money and how little they care about animals. Disgusting. Wouldn't take a goldfish to this place.I find it a bit funny that the office manager I spoke with about this actually told me to check the reviews because "this stuff never happens here". Yet there are numerous reviews with similar neglect actions from this vet clinic. Maybe she should check the reviews.

17 years ago I adopted two kittens who were required to be snipped before I brought them home. They didn’t grow up like normal cats and led miserable lives up until they died horribly recently. There was no mention of hormone therapy or anything to correct their sick feelings they must’ve been feeling for 15 long miserable years. They just took my money and let me take my scarred little babies home with me to live sad lives and die hopelessly knowing something horrible had happened to them. All in the name of bird dumping. Let me just remind you to OPEN WIDE!

this place has moved to Tampa. I wish I would’ve asked the actual address when I finally got the person on the phone to see if they needed supplies. The first time I was Left on hold and gave up.. Just wanted to see if they need supplies. The next day I called back and said no I can’t stay on hold. I just want to know if you need supplies. She said yes but when I went to the location listed on Google Maps, and it was not the Humane Society. They told me to contact the pet alliance of Orlando. When I contacted the pet alliance of Orlando, they said the Humane Society was now located in Tampa and they themselves had a cat rescue location in Orlando and a cat and dog rescue location in Sanborn. The Humane Society is not located in Orlando and certainly not at the address on Google maps.

Just an hour ago I had to go through the horrible experience by putting down cat of 10 years. So heart broken... But this staff was amazingThey let me sit with my cat until she fell asleep. The vet tech was such a sweet heart. I'll never go to another place

Every number is out of service. Can't even contact customer service for help. There's no way to get in touch with this organization.

I called this place and had some questions just about my cat and the man i spoke to over the phone was very rude, didn’t seem to care about what I had to say and tried to rush me off the phone. Very disappointed

Their website is wrong. The location in mascot is quoting $150 per male kitten and more for females. Plus they want $40 per animal for an exam. The Humane society website States $35 per males and $60 for females and $5 each for rabies shots. I'm trying to get some strays fixed and can't afford it. So the population will just keep growing I guess!

Front desk girl was very unprofessional. They will misdiagnose your pet and make you pay for a revisit. My dog is old and dying... do you think I want to hear you laughing after you tell me to hold? Makes me think you're not doing your job.

False advertising and NOT HUMANE. I called them and confirmed that to get my cat spayed it would be $60. They said that it will be $60 if my cat didn't get anesthesia. I don't even think that's legal.

Overpriced and unprofessional. I did not go. After them phone call it realized they are not for the animals. They are about the money. When I asked why so high of a price she hung up on me. ? that's not good for business. Quick turn off and what a shame when a business only worries about the money. If you cared about the animals you would in turn receive more customers and payments. SMH

Very clean facility and friendly workers. The cat cages were very roomy with different compartments for them to go into which separate the litter box from the food and the sleeping area. Very nice!

I adopted a cat that was not socialize at at all it's been almost a month and the kitty won't come out of hiding he is well fed watered clean box very hard to catch he gets under furniture that is hard to move if I can catch him am afraid he's going back hate to do this but I want a cat that at least I can pet . I think they should at least let you meet the dog or cat in person not stick him in a box and say there you go . Going for a kitten next time so I can raise him from a baby.
