Account opening was perfect, quick, and came with a strong account bonus. They are downtown which is extremely close to my corporate location. Professional, calm, and enjoyable is what I felt of their team.
They have Zelle and accept money order deposits which is my favorite services.
Sr. Banker Nina made sure she didn't overstep the products I wanted. It wasn't a sell-sell-sell type of environment, which I personally appreciate.
I look forward to using this bank!

Worst bank franchise to have a business with. Linda is not cooperating with a Probate case and she released information in the past to wrong person. Now the legal person in charge appointed by the Orange County Court needs all the information about open and closed accounts from deceased. Linda is providing what she wants and not what it has been requested. All account history is needed, phone calls, online sign in, statements from all the accounts from last year and this year, etc… I am a witness. Also, I went to the bank the first time in person with person in charge and meet Linda in person. I am helping very closely with this Estates matter situation.

When I walked in, the staff was very responsive and courteous. Bonnie helped me right away and was knowledgeable as she already knew about my issue from others opening an account online with a promo. She was polite, professional and very friendly. Thank you!

Used them for a personal loan. They required me to set up an account but said as long as I keep that balance in there we would have no maintenance fees. It was a five year loan paid in 2 years. When I went to close the account I was told they charge maintenance fees because my account was dormant with no activity?!

Bank is run right and staff is friendly. Haven't had problems with our business account like we have had with past banks.
