Worst service ever. This bank doesn't focus on the small businesses. It's only for VIP people apparently. They focus on big businesses and not the small businesses.

Bill Hines and Iberia are fantastic business partners. As a small business owner, no one did more to educate me during the most uncertain economic time in our history. At Iberia, you're not treated as just another account number, they set themselves apart with service and willingness to work with smaller companies. I can't fault the local branches - they seem to have their act together. That said their customer service number and the reps that staff it are horrible, vindictive and certainly not worthy of keeping my accounts. Their online systems are poor at best and the reps don't even know their own system.Run don't walk from Iberia and find a local credit union that is part of the community and not a bank controlled by an out of state corporation that doesn't know the first thing about customer service .

$6.00 to cash one of their checks, made me come inside and then ask me to take off my hat like I was going to rob the bank after I was bussed in!

This is the way banking should be. Personal communication, fast responses, and customer-centered business. Any time I have a question or the one time we had an issue, the team at Iberiabank were there to help quickly and effectively. Definitely a great example of a top notch bank in Orlando.

The people who work at this branch are very nice and great people with whom to do business. ALL my frustrations with Iberiabank have been in relation to their customer service online and difficulty accessing our account online.
