I have to say that this has been the worst experience I've ever had while trying to purchase a vehicle. I have been speaking to these people for multiple days about a 2010 Nissan frontier. When I get there, it was probably the most underwhelming experience I could have ever imagined. I take the vehicle for a test drive, and got accused of driving around with the e-brake on. That's the very first thing that I always look for, and disengage because I'm used to using standard transmissions. Instead of arguing with the guy, I just went along with it. There's a check engine light on, and also multiple other sensors that are indicating that there is an issue. I have to say, I will never go back to that dealership.

So my friends and I went on vacation to Florida together and didn’t want to rent through enterprise, so we decided to go on Turo because we have heard good things. Not when it comes to Francisco or anyone at Idrive. The turo car we rented was actually a car that this company promotes for sale. No where on their instagram or Facebook does it state that they actively rent the cars they sell. I haven’t even gotten into the fact that we ran over a nail (stuff happens we where going to fix it), until we took it to the place Francisco directly sent us to which told us the tire was no good. He was also a young adult too and I asked him and said, “so this tire passed inspection” he follows it up my shaking his head. Oh to mention he was the only one who spoke English at the shop.i will follow it up with pictures. He also added an invoice on Turo that charged us 300$ for a tire that was previously damaged. Back in July 2024 I had bought an all white Mercedes c class and they had told me it only had a misfire and they fixed it there just a coil, but after I leave in maybe a week time I got all sorts of codes. Varying from camshaft sensors timing chain battery issues alternator issues and worst of all wheel issues my car has all bad control arms, tire rods, wheel bearings, high pressure fuel regulator and fuel pump. No real dealer can sell that and yes I understand that this isn’t a real dealership it still shouldn’t have been sold with the amount of problems it has now I have to deal with it and suffer because these cars have no real value despite being Mercedes all because these people don’t car what they sell. You can tell me you did this and that but as a real mechanic I know exactly what y'all did and can say you should have never sold me that car. And when I called to address the issue whoever answered the phone was very disrespectful and just hung up on me when I started telling him about the lemon law since he was also very uneducated on that topic and had to be right. You can give me the excuses you want to but knowing what I know working at a dealership y'all respectfully suck and should be shut down. I’m not the only one you have issues with and if I could, I’d sue because you gave a car to me that has done nothing but failed and put my life in danger. One day you’ll cost someone their life just for some money because you don’t want to do the job the correct way and operate your business properly. 0/10 Dealer-STRONGLY RECOMMEND LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON’T WANT A HEADACHE FROM YOUR VEHICLE

The most unethical dealership I’ve ever worked with!! I was First looking at a Mazda that they had on the lot but my friend who worked at a dealership looked up the title and it was a salvage title, which means the car was deemed by an insurance agency to be a total loss and these losers decided to fix it up and sell it anyways. That should’ve been my first clue but I ended up buying a 2016 Ford focus which in 10 months has cost me close to $3000 in repairs. Which they claim is “normal wear and tear” on a 8 year old car that I’ve owned less than a year and OH wait there’s more. The AC is going out! And oh wait even more still. The transmission is failing which my mechanic assures me within the next year or so will need a full transmission replacement which is about $3000!!!!
They are thieves in my eyes!!
And as if that wasn’t enough they sold my loan to a collection agency and not a bank like they said!!
I honestly wonder how they sleep at night!
Would they want their family members treated like this?
Dont go here!! Go anywhere but here!
A crack head in the hood would sell you a better car!

I bought a car a year ago with them, they told me that they would take it back for a fair price when I wanted to sell it, when I bought it it was at 15,000, i understand that the market changes and cars loss the value, i went today and they offer me 5,000 for it even though they said they would help me which make no sense, my seller was Jose i don’t think this is a good place to buy your car there better options.

I buy a car in that dealership those people are bad the only thing they want is your money they repo you car to make money out your same car to matter if you pay the car don’t trust in those people suck i have the money to pay and im in fl now i have family situation that why i was out of the state and you know that i told you that idont recommends the people buy car in that dealer you guys know what they said

Well I got the VW beetle back in March and it’s been nothing but problems with this place. Car has a big list of problems that the warranty won’t cover, they never gave me a hard tag like they said they would when I bought the car I had 3 paper tags and just recently the 3rd one expired and Leo told me “I can’t do anything about it you have to drive it like that” so there for I called the police, maybe two hrs go buy and my car gets repossessed by and unmarked tow truck and wasn’t reported for almost two weeks. And when I call to ask why they tell me it’s because I complained too much. I complained because I was sold a car with nothing but problems and no tag. ALSO SELLING IT WITH OLD PICTURES!!! After I got it stuff started to fall off😂😂😂

I do not recommend these dealers because they are liars. You ask about a car and they tell you that they have it available that you can go see and when you arrive! Surprise, the car is not there, they make you take the trip for pleasure

I don’t make reviews very often. But I had to do it for this one.Buying here was the worst mistake of my life. I bought a vehicle from them in 2022, I was so excited because they were so helpful and kind to me…. and as soon as I got off the lot, I had problems. I was stranded in Orlando for 3 days and ended up towing my vehicle back home because no one could get the part needed. There were spark plug issues that they said were fixed, but they were not. There was a massive oil leak that was over $1500 in repairs. I had a tire blow out two weeks into owning the vehicle, only finding out that all four tires were rotted so badly it was a miracle I didn’t get injured. The worst part is the fuse box. It was literally being held together BY PAPERCLIPS!!!! I am NOT LYING! Someone put PAPERCLIPS and jerry rigged the entire thing. The paperclips fused into the wires and caused some major damage to the point my mechanic said God was watching over me because my vehicle would’ve caught fire at any moment.I’m now without a vehicle again… 3 grand in debt because of them due to auto repairs, and no way to get a new vehicle because of them.Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from these people, or if you plan on purchasing from them, get a certified mechanic to do a thorough once through on the vehicle before you buy…

???????????????THAT IS WHAT THEY SELL! VEHICLE STARTED SMOKING WHILE ON HIGHWAY WITH MY KIDS WITHIN 6 DAYS OF HAVING IT! WENT BACK AND FOURTH WITH THEM FOR 3 WEEKS UNTIL WE FINALLY GAVE UP AND CANCELED THE CAR PAYMENTS! jose WAS THE SELLS GUY TOLD HIM I HAVE 5 KIDS WE NEED SOMETHING RELIABLE HE’S LIKE YES I UNDERSTAND EVEN TALKS ABOUT HIS OWN DAUGHTER TRYING TO MAKE A CONNECTION! THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR HARDSHIPS DUE TO THE INCOVIENCE OF THEM SELLING YOU GARBAGE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE YOU WONT GET IT BACKTHEN THEY WANNA SAY CONTACT THE 30 DAY “WARANTY” WELP IT DOESNT COVER A NEW ENGINE!! PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE REVIEWS! I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier 4 X 4 as a gift to myself from I Drive Motorsports. I will say after observing other reviews that were not quite so positive, I was completely satisfied with my purchase! I had the opportunity of dealing with Freddie who was more than helpful in getting me the financing I needed and getting me into this awesome ride! He took the time to ensure all was good with the vehicle before driving it off the lot! So thank you guys for your assistance and getting me into a vehicle that I had been searching for.
