I had this company do my home theater a few years ago. At that time i've chosen one of the universal remote control to purchase and install, but they changed my order at the very last moment and made me go with the MX-980 universal remote control. And when i asked for the cabal and the software that connect this remote to my pc for making any future changes, they insist on not giving me those, and said i have to pay $100 each time they come out to do a reset (when i could of gotten the tools to just do it myself). And due to some issue happened with my receiver, i had to reset the remote just now, but since i do not have anything to connect and to use, i had to call them again. But just to find out that they are not even answering the phone anymore. I would suggest you DO NOT go with this company simply because they do not even care about any after purchase follow ups and will just ignore you once they had the money in their pocket. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMANY!!!
