We had an amazing experience at your shop! The person behind the counter went above and beyond for us. They not only exchanged our drink for a cold one without hesitation, but also gave us fantastic recommendations.
What really stood out was how welcoming they were with my kids and me—they let us try several candies before choosing what to buy, which made the visit extra fun. It was such a thoughtful, friendly, and genuine customer service experience.
We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for turning a simple stop for sweets into such a memorable outing!

So I never rate any businesses on Google, but the young man at this shop running the counter at 3:15pm on June 18th, 2025 was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met out in public. He went out of his way to help my little sister have a good experience trying new candies. As a past cast member, I find that in Orlando, many people have the need to put on a good face when they’re not always the happiest to be there, but this wasn’t the case here. He truly went above and beyond just to be kind. I hope his supervisors see this because he was truly great.

It's always a fun surprise when you find the store at a local shopping mall! We came in just to take a look and then left with a big bag of candy.
The gentleman working today did a phenomenal job taking care of us and communicating what different things were.

About a week ago me and my family went to the location there was a couple kids in the store with their guardian and the kids were grabbing and eating with their bare hands straight from the candy jars, we told the short haired lady that worked there and she only looked at us and continue to let them do it. We immediately walked out. We would never go back and recommend not taking your kids there, specially after that safety issue and food tampering that happened in front of us

Very good has an amazing selection, but I found that the prices were very similar to ordering them into the UK, which makes me think they're overpriced because it's a tourist spot.
