Waited 5 minutes for a cashier to buy one shirt. That is ridiculous. So I left the shirt and left the store. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Staff is extremely arrogant and they judge based on appearance of the people that come to their shop, there were 2 Mexican ladies in the shop , and my child and mother was with me they were constantly staring at them as if they don’t belong in this store

Sometimes I just want to put on some headphones and shop and not be bothered, but I can only smile and say “no, thank you” when I’m asked if I need help. I’m clearly trying to mind my business but it’s non stop every time I move to a different rack. If I say “I really don’t need help” after the 4th time please just stop. I was so frustrated I just left without buying anything, despite needing several items. Like I appreciate the friendliness most days, but when I specifically say no half a dozen times with headphones in, you’re just making me feel like I’m being harassed.

Had a great visit here today! Esther was so helpful and kind - came right up to say hello and explain prices, helped me find a different size and I walked out with the cutest new two-piece set. She made my day.

Overall it was great visit. The store looks great and the staff was very friendly. I would have giving it a five 5 stars but there was a weird smell in the store like humidity or mold. We couldn't stay very long because we started sneezing.

I have been in twice and Maria is so helpful and nice. I am a unique individual with some interesting quirks. So many people treat me wrongly. Not the people in this store. I went in to pick up a shirt I ordered. It was perfect. Also bought a hat while I was there. I like classic and regular-fit men's clothes in shirts and I prefer slim-fit pants. I plan to go back often. I got good service and great buys.

If I could post no stars I would. Shopping while b- today was obvious. Me and my guest entered the store JCrew and was greeted by a sales associate who came from behind the counter letting us know that if we needed anything to let her know. I saw another older couple of a different ethnicity there with us too. All of a sudden another male employee comes out from the back stands behind the counter and just stares at us with his hand on his hip. I look around and the other couple is now gone. He doesn't say hello or ask us if we need any assistance but goes and start acting like he's restocking a fully stocked area. I tell my guest I just felt like we were profiled, and instead of making a purchase of a top I planned to wear for a holiday photo session we leave because we felt uncomfortable after the stare down and lack of acknowledgment from the employee.

Don't know what happened here but prices were the same as normal no factory/outlet prices. The tiny itsy bitsy clearance section at the back had one row of a dozen or so totally outdated articles.

My first time entering J.Crew beautiful simple summer wear. Unfortunately the last face and attitude I had to see was this skinny white brunette employee that represents the store as well Cocco T. Thanks to her this will be my last time as well.
