The service was great, will be returning next year for sure. This year when my husband and I came to do our taxes things were a little complicated. Sister Nicole was the one doing my taxes. Due to my marketplace papers I was due to pay IRS 5K. My husband and I really couldn’t afford to pay that much because we did not have the amount to begin with. Nicole did an excellent, phenomenal job at taking care of us. When told husband and me the bad news she didn’t stop there she went out of her way to make sure she can help us bring down the amount. She took her time and treated my situation like family, she even got the higher up involved and ended up being down my owing amount to 360 instead of 5,000. I am grateful to have had her working for me and mine husband’s behalf. We Will return next year of course because of her and also because Jackson Hewitt care about their clients. Thank you sister Nicole!!!

Nicole is pretty great, she is pleasant and attentive, she engages in conversations which helps the time goes by. She had to explain something to be about 4 times that I wasn’t getting and not one time has she expressed or shown any frustration. She’s quite a pleasant lady. Whenever you stop at this location definitely ask for her. Her energy is very soothing. Well done JW and thank you Nicole

If you decide to file your taxes here they will show you everything they are doing and make sure you get back the best amount for your taxes.
