Here is another true and sincere review for Silvia! She did excellent work on my return, plugging in all of the figures I gave her if they were relevant, and answering questions in layman's terms. Even though this was just a few days before the October 16 deadline, she didn't shame me for being down to the wire by just coming in today!!? I'm very glad to have connected with her, although she was at a different office than the one I thought I would go to that's closer to my house. It was meant to be?.

Silvia Gonzalez was great! She fixed the mess the other lady did the first time. She walked us through step by step what we needed to do for next year. She is wonderful!

Charged me almost 600$ (half of my refund) for my taxes. The lady was nice and very helpful but I will never use Jackson Hewitt ever again, or refer anyone to this company. That is insane, especially since I am a low income individual.
