I went to Jaguar South Orlando to get a cosmetic repair. While I was there I asked them to look over my car, my Jaguar F-TYPE. They did a very thorough 34-point check, if I remember correctly, and recommended a few repairs. After discussing with me, we went ahead and did the repairs, one stop shopping, lol. Also offered me lunch and/or a ride home and back if I needed it. The most awesome, thorough, friendly and professional experience ever. Thx.

Our 2024 F-Pace had A/C issues, called the service department gave us appointment within 24 hours, fixed the problem in 2 hours. Thank you, Eddy, for the grate service.

I want to thank all of the jaguar employees that made my purchase of a vehicle so enjoyable. From the first point of contact with Rene Palacios to the technicians who worked on the vehicle getting it ready for purchase, Eddie, the service advisor and the service manager were all extremely helpful and professional. Derek and team were amazing ?! I live in Sugar Land, Texas and ran into an issue with my Jaguar F-Pace Sport during my visit to Disney World while in Kissimmee. I had a coolant leak, which in turn, wound up being a water pump issue. I took the SUV in and explained my situation to Derek and he ensured the issue would be corrected by the time I left. To say the least, I did not have an appointment scheduled and needed my vehicle by Friday so that I could leave on Saturday morning to return to Sugar Land. Derek and team took the initiative to get me on their schedule (while they were busy), do all the leg work with the warranty company and get the vehicle repaired in 3 days. This is what I consider STELLAR service! Lastly, my vehicle has not experienced any issues while returning nor to date!

I recently switched to a Jaguar after over a decade enjoying auto great service as an Audi driver. However, my recent service at Jaguar Orlando is the best I've ever had. Craig meticiously walked me through my concerns, provided me updates throughout my visit, and scheduled me for a needed follow-on visit. The technician even sent me a video of my service inspection as he was working. Ive had experience at two other Jaguar service departments in the southern Florida and was not terribly impressed. I'll happily drive the 1.5 hours to Jaguar Orlando for all my service needs.
