Our experience with Jaguar has been excellent. We highly recommend Ivan Delgado, in sales, to anyone considering buying a car. He made the car-buying process, which is usually a stressful ordeal, enjoyable. He followed up with us even after more than a year and always greets us and makes every effort to assist when we return to the dealership. We have also had very good experiences with the finance and service departments.

I brought my new F-Type in for service and a warranty issue. The general service was completed, however the warranty issue was not resolved. There was a lack of vehicles to use and I was unable to leave mine so the service could be completed.It was explained that the service manager would need to approve the work and use of a vehicle during this time and I would receive a call to schedule, no call has been received yet.

Our sales person, Brian Idos, was very knowledgeable and helpful. All staff at the dealership were very friendly and great to work with and they gave us a wonderful deal. We couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.

A few weeks before the expiration of the warranty, during a service visit, I identified and communicated an issue with fading switch buttons. I was scheduled an additional visit as they didn't have them in stock. Before the follow-up visit and also before the expiration of the warranty, I identified and communicated an additional problem with the Gas cap. I was told by Justin that it would be replaced in the next follow-up visit under the Warranty. After the follow-up visit, I noticed the Gas cap wasn't replaced and tried to contact Justin. After several attempts, he finally responded claiming that he had to pay for the switch buttons as my follow-up visit was after the expiration of the Warranty, so if I wanted the Gas cap to be replaced, I should buy one. Justin also said to call Jaguar directly if I wanted to complain.

Great Great Great!!!! Excellent. I'm from North Carolina and I purchased a Mercedes AMG 53 GT from here. My sales representative Ivan Delgado went above and beyond. He represented the car correctly. He made sure the paperwork was correct. I didn't spend alot of time in the dealership. He even stayed really late on a Saturday night because my flight was delayed. Amazing Service! Ivan Delgado is the man! He hooked me up every turn with the best Salesmanship and Customer Service I've ever experienced in all my years of purchasing a car. I traveled 200+ miles to purchase a used VW Jetta car. He provided me peace of mind on the maintenance and attention to servicing the car and helping me throughout the entire process to complete the sale smoothly. I can not say enough great things about this dealership and their service department. A+++ Rating. Trevor in the service department is top notch. I had major work being done and he kept me informed on all situations and I always felt that he truly cared and I never once felt like just another car.I can not thank him enough. Now, for the service technician, they too are amazing. I was very worried about the extensive work being done (full engine replacement) but when I got my car back, those worries were a waste of my time. The tech who took care of my car did an excellent job. I will be a life long customer of this dealership just on the service department alone. Thank you Jaguar South Orlando.…you are at the top of your game and set the standard!!!

Previously bought my Jaguar from this exact dealership, but the service side is the reason why the review only receives 3 stars. Had a Jaguar appraised and a technician overfilled my car with washer fluids. Which wasted some of my time cleaning and also staining my garage floor and driveway. Thanks a lot Jaguar of south Orlando if there is any place I would think would have competent technicians and mechanics I would think it would be the manufacturers.

Shame on me. Twice now I brought my car in for routine service and left with a problem that didn’t exist before I got there. Both times I was told it was a coincidence. Both times it was $1000 plus repair. In the most recent one, they didn’t even fix the two things I asked them to fix. They sure did replace those cabin filters though. My relationship with Orlando/Collier Jaguar, which spanned over 20 years, is now officially over. I should’ve never went back after the first incident.

Poor service and lack of communication. looking at a new Defender waiting for 6 days for it to be checked in and detailed I was always the one inquiring on the status…6 days later I called and was told it was ready….let them know I will be there in 30min only to find out on my way there it was already sold….I know they are fairly new…I can see the lack of communication within the team (they can’t be that busy with the 30-40 cars on the lot) ….I know I’m looking at the entry level defender but 70k + service is still 70k….just have to move on there are other land rovers dealerships…glad I’m not in Need of anything tbh…or it’s a sign to just stay with Audi…
