I’m super disgusted with the workers that are there right now, it was a curly headed white girl and a dark skinned girl when I went on Saturday at 4:45 pm. Before I even start the review I want to say I’m pregnant and the fact you are robbing a pregnant woman in a baby clothing store tops most thieves. Anyway, I purchased one outfit for $44.25 with Cashapp Apple Pay, the money came out the account but their tap machine was stuck and supposedly “broken” so they made me pay again which didn’t make sense already, the curly headed girl used the dark skinned girl’s machine to “try again” I used my Regions physical card this time because I didn’t want more money to be taken out. I explained the money was taken out on my end and showed them the screenshot , then the dark skinned girl started arguing with me saying she understands but it’s broken and no receipt came out so I need to do it again which is not my problem… then she said I would get a refund to shut me up and get me out the store already. It’s been 4 days still no refund and I just wasted about $100 on one outfit for my future baby. This is not fair and I call the store and no one picks up the phone, been trying for several days. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

I feel like Janie and Jack has gone down hill. I placed an order for a family vacation, which I spent a lot of money on, and never received my package. The customer service was awful only offering free shipping on my next order, and could not reship my order. I felt like I was not heard or offered anything as a valued customer. Sadly, I would rather spend my money on a company I am valued and answers are being handled correctly. I will not be shopping there any longer.

The Mrs was looking for a gift so we stopped in for our first time. Clothes are cute but extremely packed in so you have to take every piece off the rack to see it. Also while we were there, the floor could have used a good sweep.

Janie and Jack at the Orlando Outlets on International Drive has the worst customer service. Rude and unhelpful cashiers. Love the children's clothes but will have to shop elsewhere. They need to do better sales hiring because the person there was awful.

Good place to buy babies, lovely clothes, swimsuits, everything beautiful for your baby, clothes designed for your baby, excellent service, you speak Spanish. Sandals for swimming pools, glasses, dresses for babies, boys and girls.

I absolutely love Janie and Jack! I didn't realize there was an outlet until I searched on Yelp. Having been to the Janie and Jack in Millenia Mall, I walked out spending $78 for an outfit. For Labor Day, My husband and I visited the outlet and to my surprise, many of the dresses they had at the outlet were also in the Millenia location. Only difference was that there was a sale so 20% additional off the price! Definitely go to the outlet and skip the Millenia location all together! The Janie and Jack outlet is located across from Off Sax 5th avenue. I will definitely be back here.

I was a regular customer of your. Bought lots of gifts. I also bought a lot of clothes for my grandkids. But my last experience was terrible. Manger was impolite, unprofessional and disrespectful when I went there on 12/13/2021 Al 6.30 PM at store # 02840. I hope the next time I go there I am better treated

Ran through the rain to get to the store and it was closed. The website says closes at 7 PM and all the other stores close at 7 PM but they close at 6 PM. Please change the times on your website or do what the other stores do which is close at 7 PM.

This place has the cutest homemade clothes. They are very pricey, but that is outweighed by the quality.
