Just went tonight to see what was on offer, while there we spoke with a lady about getting our wedding rings cleaned. Upon handing her our rings she tried to get my wife to upgrade her ring to a 4 Carat. Her Ring is already of a very decent quality and gets compliments when she's out wearing it, when we declined to do the upgrade the lady got in a huff and passed us off to a different staff member who was nicer. We are considering getting a custom ring and could get it done whenever but considering Jared's have staff like the original lady that dealt with us we will not be doing this.

Poor customer service. Condescending staff that are not willing to resolve any issues related to online orders placed for pick-up at their store.

I stood in the store today for 20 minutes no one knowledges me, I asked a rude lady was anyone working at the desk to get my ring cleaned and my 6 month inspection. A lady came out twice looked at me and went back to the back then came back out when she saw a white woman walking up to the desk as if i wasn’t standing there.. I will be contacting corporate because this isn’t the first time this is now the 3rd in this store.

Every time I've gone to this location since they relocated, I've been disappointed in the level of customer service I receive. I go in regularly to get my jewelry (that was purchased at Jared) cleaned, including my wedding bands and routine inspections and more often than not I'm made to feel like an inconvenience since I'm not actually purchasing anything. Today one associate had me wait at the counter for several minutes while she finished entering whatever she was doing before she could ask me what I was needing. While waiting for my ring, I was interested in some Pandora earrings. Keep in mind, the store was empty with at least 5 associates on the floor in different places, while the one associate was cleaning my ring I asked a different associate at the Pandora counter if I could see some earrings. I literally stood there for 4 minutes so she could finish the inventory she was doing before she could help me. After that of course I'm not going to spend my money in a place that has no consideration for my time. Super disappointed time and time again, I plan on taking my business elsewhere after my visit today.
