disappointed! showed up no later than 10:20pm and doors were locked. worker was inside and both google and the hours on the door say 11pm closing time.

This Fall-themed Freaky flavorites had the cutest names in their "frog squad" menu! The cashier was extremely helpful in steering me toward the chocolate rather than the usual pumpkin spice fall flavor. I was so glad I ordered the Franken frog which included a creamy chocolate soft serve ice cream layered with Italian ice. I'm not normally a fan of italian ice. However, the scoop froggy frog ice was a delicious light minty flavor and mini chocolate chips added the perfect little crunch. I actually devoured this layered dessert! My boyfriend ordered the birthday cake which exceeded his craving for the traditional cake dessert interpreted into Italian ice. I'm so excited that this brought my attention to an even closer Jeremiah's in my neighborhood. This location is only 3 miles from me and I'll be back for sure! The inside is bright and colorful with murals on the wall.

Usually this location is good to me but this experience was bad. at 10:00pm-10:10pm on 9/9/2023, it’s late I get it. But was never greeted while looking at the menu even while being the only customer in store. The Lack of customer awareness was off putting. The menu board didn’t have all the flavors displayed even though available. I had to physically interject my way to the register and cut the employee conversation, if not it could have gone longer than any customer should have waited. The stench and aroma appeared to be of dried expire milk with dirty mop water from probably previous mess up. Lastly the employee that was going to take care of us switch placed with the another due to a bathroom emergency. This other employee was seen scratching his groin, while putting new trash bags in the trash bins… only to be the only employee to handle my order without washing his hands to handle my gelato order. Needless to say I didn’t want to say anything in person because if the employee isn’t conscious of his lack of hygiene I don’t want a replacement order after this cross contamination.

Went at 10 pm at night. One guy was cleaning while the girl with the long finger nails sat at the register. She didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves and proceeded to handle our food with her long artificial nails which are not a part of restaurant safety… then my Italian ice was 100% melted. As if the cooler was not closed (possibly when being cleaned ) but didn’t hesitate to offer me another flavor that wasn’t melted.I was hoping this location would be semi decent due to Lee vista area . I will stick to Waterford lakes instead. They at least have frozen Italian ice and gloves…

Always good! It's Italian ice.... yummy. Flavors vary location to location daily. Preference... Passion fruit, cherry, caramel. Had sugar free orange.... wasn't very flavorful, but cold on a hot Orlando day. Staff always helpful, nice

They were out of half the stuff on the menu, I had to change my order multiple times to keep finding out they're out of yet another item. Got attitude from the cashier and it's all over priced for no reason anyways. I'd not recommend this place at all and will never go back

First time at this place and it was amazing! They have many different flavors to choose from. I tried the red raspberry one, and the flavor along with the vanilla ice cream was a great combination. I will definitely be back soon to try some of the other kinds.

Variety of ice creams is good. Also if you're allergic or not into dairy, here you'll find plenty of options. My 2 girls really enjoyed it. Staff is bilingual and very friendly. They offer seats inside and outside the shop.

I appreciate that you can sample any flavor to make sure you will enjoy it. I had the gingerbread and coconut gelati with chocolate soft serve. The coconut added a new flavor taste for the gingerbread. The staff are always pleasant. I'm thankful they opened this location closer to where I live, but not too close so I don't visit more.
