If I could give it a negative review, I would! They are bad, they are not friendly at all and they trick you into fixing other things in your car even if your car doesn’t need it, they lie and cheat, I don’t recommend.

Definitely NO due to longer wait time and extremely RUDE service. Basically you don't accept their recommendations about changing something like a filter or so they act extremely nasty and unprofessional like they OWN you basically tell you to don't step out of your car to even check something yourself. For real.

Slowest “quick” service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely go to Vavoline. I sat in my car for 45 minutes and then another 45 for an oil change I usually get in 15 minutes at Valvoline. I promise you’ll be disappointed here.

Came to this location and the mechanic i think he is the lead didnt has the intention to help and had negative attitude and even tried to stopped other mechanic from helping me out. At first told me to take my car to their multicare location, then couple minutes later told me to take it to the dealership. Didnt even look up or check my car. So terrible and rude. Just rating based on my own experience. Like if you arent happy while providing your services then why are you even work in the field?

I was refuse a top off. My mileage was within the time requires for an oil change top off. The manager was a black male and he was not kind. I never had issue until I started dealing with him.

Personnel seems like working unhappy, I use saying “if you don’t fit for the job don’t come and mess with the people who is willing to get your services”
Besides this oil change place charges shop supplies, it is not exactly describe what that is.
Well, they are my last option when I need to get this kind service again.

I was disappointed on my last trip here. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the person in charge of the bay. He barely spoke and made noises. For $100 after a discount...I will change it myself. Bye bye.

I feel bad for the customers that take their car here for service and don't know they are getting ripped off and their engine being damaged because they can't do a simple oil change. Save your money people.
