They’re going out of business and straight up lying about the prices. An item I got was marked $5.16 and rang up $16. Another one wasn’t marked so I had an employee check and he said $2.60. It rang up $5.28.
I feel bad because these people are losing their jobs, so of course they don’t care. And I don’t expect them to. I’m just saying do NOT go to this store. There are no good deals and you’ll get ripped off by either the jerks that own it or the managers, not sure who is responsible for this.

I spoke with Sonya-Mgr. asking her about Instagram posts about Liqudation/Bankruptcy sales. She said scam websites pop up twice a year and I should know better and she hung up on me before I could ask her another question. Very rude!!

Very disappointed by the staff here today. Asked where something was, and was just given a generic "by this other item" that I also didn't know where it was. Went back to ask about something that said there was 10 in stock online, but I couldn't find it, and the lady said "hello, so what's your question this time". Other lady by her commented "just because it says we have it doesn't mean we do". Then at checkout, the cashier and the assistant manager completely disrespected the woman in front of me. She was trying to use a coupon that was online only, and she asked if she could just order the items online and then take them since they were already picked out. The cashier led her to believe this was fine, then the assistant manager came over, upset the line wasn't moving, and very rudely told the woman that the online orders take hours to process in their system. The cashier shouldn't have let her think this was an option. She then asked if there was any other coupons, and was very curtly told "yeah, on the app". She asked for help navigating the app to find the coupons, and the assistant manager yelled at the cashier to move to another register and ignore the woman on her phone. The customer and the assistant manager then got into a verbal altercation, with the customer to be fair getting a bit loud and being a bit entitled, but the assistant manager did nothing to de-escalate the situation. She yelled at the customer that they would not help her until she was ready, and belittled her for not knowing how to use the app. The other customer asked for their names, assuming to put in her own complaint, and the assistant manager made a comment about "it doesn't matter anyways, the whole company is going out of business so". Attitude given by all employees was so horrible. All of this could have been avoided by being kind, having better word choice, having some compassion or understanding, or even just pretending to be happy with their jobs. Very very disappointing experience

Have been coming to this location for a few years now and I have never ever experienced a rude worker here until today. As I was waiting in line to checkout I noticed the cashier named “Tobi” being extremely rude and not even talking to the customers checking out not even a greeting. She would roll her eyes at the previous 2 customers ahead of me when they would ask her to scan their coupons or ask her a question. Tobi is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills I dont think I will be shopping here anymore due to this employee. Employees like Tobi need to be fired and not work customer service if they don’t have the customer service skills because it will drive away loyal customers.

I bought a new Singer sewing machine yesterday from the E Colonial Orlando location. Set it up this morning and it would not power on. I moved to a new location thinking my outlet may be faulty but nope wouldn't power on still. I packed the machine up and took it back to exchange for a new machine. I couldn't get the same exact machine and chose one that was approximately double the cost but I needed the machine so I could live with the cost plus it had a few additional features I could use. When the manager rang my exchange he added the $25 restocking fee. I asked him to remove the fee since the machine they sold me was faulty and he stated "I don't know what to tell you mam I can't remove the restocking fee." Well if I changed my mind and just returned the item I would have zero problems paying the fee but to be sold a machine that does not power on tgey still have the audacity to charge your customers a fee is absolutely terrible business. Needless to say I did not buy my new machine from them and as a big crafter will never step foot inside one of their locations again. I just paid $25 for nothing which is asine.There are plenty of other places to purchase products in this area.

FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY!!! Will NEVER GO BACK!! Call the Merry Maids once a week!! Get a deep clean done. Dust and stuff under all of the shelves. Then, have a maintenance plan. I have never seen a dirtier bathroom in the US. You can tell these owners and/or manager does not care at all. Good employees but I feel sorry for their health risk working there.

Overpriced... Maybe this company wouldn't have had to file for bankruptcy had they been an honest company and charged the appropriate amount for their items. Someone should file a complaint for price gouging. Little old retired ladies would be in here spending all their money if your prices were fair but instead you lost all your customers and now you're filing for bankruptcy good job!!

Very confused shopping experience here. They have items marked down in the store, but the register doesn't scan sale price. Cashier told me she has to go by the register, but clearly, there is a sign on the shelf. Even the app/website has a discounted price. Then she tells me "we are not joanns".......umm ok.

The store was dark, crowded (with merchandise) and unclean. The cashier tried her best but she was the only one there and she was awfully slow. Not a fan.

AC has been broken for over 6 months and it's so horribly hot, it makes it impossible to shop. I feel sorry for the employees having to work in such deplorable conditions! Will not be shopping here again.
