AC has been broken for over 6 months and it's so horribly hot, it makes it impossible to shop. I feel sorry for the employees having to work in such deplorable conditions! Will not be shopping here again.

we walk in the store and we were looking for the stuff we needed and a few minutes later there were 3 workers and they kept staring at us and making fun of us even tho we didn’t do anything we was just minding our own business and then after they start gossiping about us ( DON’T RECOMMEND COMING GO THIS STORE ANY MORE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD ) . ??

This store has severely gone down hill. Max employees about 2-3 a shift if you’re lucky. They never fulfill online orders properly or timely and by the time they’re filled they are sold out of some of the products. Store is incredibly messy and unkempt. The AC was completely broken leaving employees and customers to shop in heat. Leak in the ceiling and buckets placed underneath. This store needs a severe overhaul. The Alafaya Joann’s is always SO much more organized, efficient and has a better selection of products.

Employees are kind and helpful. However the AC had been broken for a while. It was soooo hot in here and it was night time so the sun wasn’t even out. Cruel temperature and stagnant air, unfit for both customers and employees. See me at Michaels/hobby lobby/ or any other store. It’s hot and uncomfortable to shop.

I've been disappointed across the span of several visits with a lack of adequate inventory in the fabric department and others. Some of the materials I purchase regularly from there have taken as long as 3 months to restock and I'm noticing less variety in the fur, marine vinyl and upholstery products.I get the vibe that management is doing a poor job of maintaining the store inventory or that the store may be in danger of closing. Either way, I'm having to source my supplies from other stores across town or their competitors. Please do better for the sake of your loyal customer base.

A staffer named Sarah really looked after me: finding what I needed, steering me through all processes (measuring & buying fabric) and on top of everything, when I couldn't find my paper coupons, she asked if she could help find them on my phone. She wound up helping me save $32! Talk about outstanding service! And this was 29 minutes or less before they closed! Thank you, Joann Fabrics and thank you VERY MUCH Sarah!

For people who are on to crafting, this has to be a paradise. They have everything. Very clean and organized place.
