The employees at this store have been super helpful every time I have visited this location. However the store hours have recently changed. Why on Earth would you change it to 6 pm closing every day?
The traffic in Orlando is always terrible and even if people were off at work at 5pm it would be a struggle for most to get there before closing. Even 7pm would be a better option.
Just a horrible decision.

I’m so thankful to Donna for the sewing class my teenager son signed up with her. She explained and answered my son’s questions and purpose for he needs to do on the sewing machine. She’s very knowledgeable, kind, sweet and is very patient in teaching -it’s what I saw with the class held before us.

It's hard to thread match when they don't have 25-50% of the colors in stock. Forget about that line at the cutting counter. Then I stood in the check out line for 10 minutes. One person at the register couponing and chatting with the cashier as the line behind continued to grow. A second person didn't come up until someone asked the cashier. Good grief! Joann need self checkout!

Lovely selection of crafting items on sale. Associates here are always friendly and helpful. Stunning array of books and magazines. Associate Jasper was chatty and so very patient with our needs and took extra time to help us with coupons. My daughter and I enjoyed our visit and will be back before the holidays.

I had a pick up order for a craft, I live 25 min away from any Joann’s and I planned to pick up my order on my way to my friends house the night I was to use my craft, NO WHERE DID IT SAY THEY HAVE “SPECIAL” HOURS. So when I got there at 7 to pick up my order they had a handmade sign saying they close at 6. Needless to say I couldn’t partake in the craft night and was super upset. They need to at least update hours online or put a note in the email!!

Went to buy fabric and got in at 5:53 only to be told they were closing. They have always closed at 6 on Sunday but even the hours in Google say 9pm. How many people are actually able to make it by 6 with enough time to shop during the week?

Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. Miss Diane in the fabric area took time to interact with my son while she was cutting fabric for us.
