Not a good experience. Bad service. Did not get what I ordered. And server already seemed annoyed so I just dealt with it. Ate it. Payed and left. But was so disappointed.

I will start off by saying that we are big tippers no matter how much food we order. We had Keith as our server. His service was piss poor. No refills on our drinks, no check ins, and no bussing was done, dirty plates just sat on our table while Keith disappeared for 20-30 minutes at a time and the restaurant was not busy at all. Food portion was small compared to other seafood bowl places. 4 shrimp, 1 egg, and some tiny pieces of potatoes. The crab meat was stuck to the shell and we ended up just giving up. The food just sucked overall. The service sucked. Save your hard earned money, this place is a disappointment and not what it used to be! First time we didn’t leave a tip, we wasted enough money there.

Benji was our server tonight, he was charismatic, attentive and a friend. He answered any question we had and made sure we didn’t feel rushed to clear a table. The food was great, Benji made sure we enjoyed our food and experience. He reassured us it can be corrected if we were not receiving what we anticipated. He is a great part of the team and one of the best servers we have had throughout our many trips.

We had a fantastic experience with Benji! We ordered a shark attack drink and the performance was to die for!!! All of our requests he met!! We will definitely be returning, great time!

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for spring break and decided to come here for dinner, we are SO glad we came!! We highly recommend asking for Benji as your server, 10/10 service! Super attentive and great personality. The food was delicious and we had so much fun!

It's a great location, but that does not make up for the fact that the food was terrible and the service was horrible. I had to get up and get my own ketchup from the bar, they didn't serve any drawn butter or cocktail sauce with the shrimp or the crab, the shrimp were pasty and texture, and my fish and chips was so tough I couldn't cut it with a fork. Would not recommend this Joe's Crab shack.

Visited for our very first time on spring break! Nicole took the best care of us and gave us the best suggestions. Best server we’ve had at any restaurant ever. Very friendly atmosphere and the food was TOP TIER. Shout out to the bar tender. The drinks were creative and delicious. The place is fire!

I’m so disappointed in the quality of the food that my family received today. Even the children didn’t like the kids meals. Over priced, poor taste and quality.

Well we got seated for 20 min when it was dead slow and nobody ever came to get our order so we left. Servers kept walking by and nobody ever came to greet or take our order. Ended up going next door
