I rarely go to the mall but stopped in today for a gift. From the moment I stepped inside Journeys it was a pleasant atmosphere. All the employees acknowledged me when I walked in and were happy to help. I saw the item I was looking for and headed to the register. Jeffery was near the register with another employee. He may have been training her. I told him the item I wanted, which was a backpack that was hanging up. He got the bag and verified that it was the item I wanted by scanning the tag.He was so pleasant and accommodating. I wanted a bag that hadn't been handled by everybody and he went in the back and got me a new one that was still in the plastic. He was so nice. There were multiple employees near the register and they all were very friendly and appeared to work well together and love their job. I didn't get everyone else's name, one gentleman had dread locs. They all were very pleasant. I'd definitely return to the store without any hesitation. Thanks to Jeffery for providing exemplary customer service.

I went to journey’s at millennia mall, and Gabriel helped me with my purchase, he was really helpful and also very kind, for sure I’ll come back and indicate to others as well!!!

Purchased two pairs of shoes on a Friday (7/19) and the next day, I noticed one pair was missing a shoe. I called immediately to get assistance. After explaining the situation, I was placed on hold for over an hour with no updates and eventually they hung up. Poor customer service...

i went in there the other day looking to buy shoes and the girl name kayla i believe that’s what her name tag said was rude and had an attitude which made me not want to buy anything from there

There were a handful of young girls “working” and were on their phones the entire time. They did not offer to help and ignored me when I told them “thank you” before leaving. They had horrible attitudes and were rude. Journey’s should be embarrassed.
