I waited over an hour to get the shoes I requested from the back.The last time they even didn’t guided me of the true to size or not by Steve Madden tennis shoes and bought the wrong size and stuck with them!

Jeffrey gets ALL the stars. He helped me so much when I didn't know What the heck I was looking for. All of the employees seemed really great, friendly and ready to help with the exception of one girl. I definitely appreciated the extra help from Jeffrey! I will definitely be back! Thank youuuuu!

Francis is the most rude employee there at the outlet location wouldn't even let us do dish asking our question when we weren't even speaking with her. And since she decided to jump into our business I asked her to do her job which she didn't. I know for sure I would never shop here....

My experience at this store was honestly not the best. I went to this store in the month of may originally and it was my first time ever in journeys. First visit employees was disrespectful and talking about me because of my professional dress attire and I honestly held my tongue and just kept my cool and patience. I proceeded to buy what I wanted. During checkout I didn’t see the overcharge I got because I know I purchased timberland boots and a champion crew neck. That day I remember the boots were on sell and I thought they knew that but obviously didn’t and proceeded to over charge and I didn’t catch it till days later on my statement. I did return the products I want to say a few weeks later and I know when I received a refund I got a half amount which was $79 dollars and I was confused because I’m like I spent $197 originally and I returned both products back so how the hell do I only get $79 back? That put me in the position to contact the store but they yet again were rude and forced me to contact corporate and corporate had to talk with them and corporate said they agreed to refund the amount left due which was $117. Went to the store got it done. Weeks pass and I didn’t see anything so I know I reached out and they yet again was rude and told me to be patient and I was patient past the refund time frame. I let it go after that but it got to me again and I tried to get it resolved again but as of today 10/31/2020 they were no help and all and in honesty this store lacks strong management. Seems like no one is there to enforce rules and these employees and assistant managers just run around doing whatever they please. It’s very sad. You don’t treat people bad, you don’t do evil to others. It’s not right and it’s unfair. But they will reap the consequences in the end when the lord comes back which is soon.

I bought a pair of shoes which its size was tagged as 9.5 in the box, but they were actually 9. Fortunately I realized before I returned back to my country. I went to the store to change it and they didn't said I'm sorry at least, even worst, they said that was my mistake, because I didn't verify it before buy them. Incredible.

They were so nice, found what my granddaughter wanted,they didnt have the size my grandson needed and they ordered it for me im a very happy grandma. Didnt get the employees name but was so very helpful
