So i purchased some shoes from them inside the store and the girl put two different sized shoes in the box, having me to go back and return them. The bozo that made the mistake had the nerve to have an attitude because she put in a shoe one size larger than the other, and didn’t even apologize. Overall horrible customer service needs some discipline and possible new staffing. Period.

Weird interaction. Asked a guy 2 times to bring me a size 8 shoe, and the first time he brought me 7s. Obviously didnt fit, so i ask maybe nore clearly to be brought 8s. He comes back with 7.5s. Theyre still too tight at my toes, so bought them and waited to go swap them for 8s from someone else.
They had 8s btw, and the 2nd guy was confused as to why i wasnt brought them from the beginning. They fit very perfectly and my toes have their space. Leaving happy but like, whats up with your weird worker?

I went to this Journeys on March 11,2024 around 6-7pm and OH My God the way the staff dressed i was surprised. Like if I walk into hooters. No management. No respect from the little girls that are was working that afternoon. On of the girls had black shorts andi she kept lifting her shirts up to show her belly towards my man and another man with a pregnant wife. Totally disrespectful.

Store # 1587I was shopping for a particular shoe that was located at Journeys in Florida Mall. Once I found the store I was quickly told there were actually 3 Journeys in the mall. With a little frustration we were advised to continue in the mall to the next store.We then came across “Underground by Journeys store #1587 (suite #778)” and I had the BEST service by Neil and then also Maia. They explained the differences in the stores & the history of how they became. They were so kind & going above & beyond & made me feel glad I continued my search when I was frustrated after the 1st store.Neil & Maia ROCK!

Hello, I wanted to reach out to speak about my experience in location 1247 in the Florida Mall in Orlando, FL. I had bought a pair of Crocs for my niece and unfortunately she no longer wanted them. This location was the closest to me and the store representative Adriana refused to do my return unless I did an exchange due to it being “policy.” I read the return policy and at no point in the policy did it state merchandise had to be returned at its original location. Understanding how the return processes works I questioned how is it that she can accept merchandise by an exchange and not just simply returning it and she said verbatim “because we’re not getting anything out of it.” Now, that is not a valid excuse because my return affecting their store operations should not be a valid reason as to why my return could not be processed and I had to go out of my way to the original location. I simply ask that all employees are properly trained on the return policy so other shoppers as myself do not have this type of experience. I would like to be reached out to speak more on this negative experience. Thank you.

Buyers beware!! They have fake Timberland's! I went there today to buy a pair and immediately spotted all the flaws. I told the sales person that they were fake and she said, "What makes you say that?" When I told her the things that I noticed she said, "Oh those are the kids sizes." Kids size or not, they're fake! I never asked her for a kids size shoe so for her to fail to disclose that information to me prior to me stating that they're not real proves that they're dishonest! Do not waste your money!!

The manager/assistant manager (tristian) I believe was super rude, he told my family that we are probably tight on money, was rude to us when we wanted to pay on two separate transactions for some reason? Lol weird guy, we went back and returned our items after that
