I came into this store with my daughter on her birthday a few weekends ago. The store was super crowded, packed and the staff was crazy busy! There was someone that greeted us and offered assistance right as we walked in. She was very pleasant helpful and guided us to someone that could assist my daughter with putting together her own personalized necklace. Once it was our turn, we were greeted by yet another friendly face at the Color Bar. She was extremely helpful and kind and even took the extra 30 seconds to wrap my daughter's necklace like a gift. She felt special. It was very sweet and she took special and kind care of my daughter even though they were crazy busy! We will be back to get more Kendra!

I purchased items during the buy more save more program. I was informed it was the items in the brown boxes only (later realized it’s actually all sale items) I bought 4 items to get the 50% off and when I got home I realized I was charged full price for one and got 40% off the other three. All four items had a red price sticker. I called and at first was told unless I could come back (I live 3 hours away) there’s nothing they could do. Thankfully the manager handled it and sent me a gift card for the difference.

First off, I wanna open up this review, saying that I know it’s very distasteful not to recall the employees name, I truly wish I could remember the name of the lovely lady that assisted me. She has blue eyes, blonde hair and the facial structure that resembles Sabrina Carpenter. I loved her patience and assistance. I initially went in there because I was informed by a friend that they had some jewelry that may resemble Van Cleef. I didn’t find anything that I wanted as I knew what I was looking for. However with her help and patience I found something that I did like because of her customer service. Mind you she went to the back to grab it because it wasn’t on the floor. I love it. It’s beautiful and dainty. She definitely deserves a raise because she converted me. Because I was going to walk out. I’ve never owned a piece of Kendra Scott that day. I love her kindness, and and I’m sure other customers do as well. Managing staff at Kendra Scott, you should definitely treat this employee to a spa day.

Melissa the store manager was so sweet. She new I was upset I lost one of my new earrings. She checked inventory everywhere. She even told me about 1/2 off new pair option. Go see her she is wonderful!

We went to exchange a necklace that my daughter received for Christmas that had broken. Kate at the store was so helpful with the exchange. They didn’t have one in store and she called other locations until she found it. We received it via UPS the next day. Fantastic customer service.

I've liked KS, we had plenty of them in Austin and slowly but surely they have spread their wings and moved somewhat nationwide. Not bad for someone who started in their home with $500 out of necessity. Seeing them here was a surprise. Even more so was the inclusion of a men's line - called Scott Bros. Starting off with a small section containing masculine bracelets, watches, necklaces and nice looking Apple Watch Bands in cloth, leather & metal. It wouldn't surprise me to see this line taking off like her others. They employees here were friendly and helpful answering questions about the men's line as well as other items in the store. If you're looking for something different for yourself or want a gift to give a stop here wouldn't be a bad idea

kind of snooty in here, and they don't make an exchange process easy. If it's not worn and a gift, we should be able to exchange items. Their return policy is not good. You can't even get your money back if you buy and have a receipt! Not happy with the policy.! Not user friendly or customer focused at all.

I picked up an online order today for Mother’s Day and Melissa was a great help with finding an additional piece for my mother. She was such a great help even when I had no intentions of buying anything else. She showed me one piece that went great with the necklace I bought and I was sold. June 6th 2020 I visited this location. As I walked in I was welcomed from afar, nobody walked up to me to say Hello or asked if I needed any help. As I was browsing around, another lady came into the store and was greeted upfront and also asked if she needed any help immediately the workers did not treat us equally. I am a Hispanic woman with tattoos proudly on my arms and I was occupied with my cousin who is mixed black and white but resembles black beautiful features the most. The other lady was white, wearing clothing from A high end brand. I felt completely discriminated and my cousin noticed how disrespectful it was that we did not get the same treatment while we shopped at the store. I have been shopping with Kendra Scott for the past 5 years and I have never been treated like that. There were four people in the store. One of the workers was named Mariah R. (013480) and only helped me out because I walked by her and asked her for help. I had already knew what I wanted. I told her so I can hurry up and leave because of how uncomfortable and unwelcoming I felt. I hope that no one ever experiences that kind of disrespect and I hope that people will learn that we all need to be treated the same regardless of our appearance. All money is good money.

I want to start off my saying the staff are the best! One employee in particular helped me get a lovely necklace for my birthday and did her very best and the service she gave to me was amazing! My issue is with the rude manager. I complimented the girls hair that was helping me and asked if she would be willing to get me the number of her stylist. When she notified her manager that she needed to go in the back her manager had the nastiest look on her face and rolled her eyes. I'm a paying costumer it really shouldn't matter what I'm asking. As a manager you also shouldn't wear your emotions on your face for everyone to see. After that a women in a wheelchair came in and the manager made a joke about her rolling into stuff and knocking things over with her chair which was completely inappropriate. I wasn't able to get the name of the manager but she should not be in a people facing role because she is far from a people person!
