Not sure what the unfavorable reviews are all about because Kids Furniture Warehouse in Orlando was a very good shopping experience for us. They worked with me on the price and gave me free shipping to Pennsylvania. Any phone calls to them with questions were answered in person (no recorded messages) by Cynthia or Zoya on the second or third ring. They both were very professional and courteous. When technical questions were asked about the furniture, Dale was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Shipping was very fast, and when the furniture arrived it was very nicely packaged with zero defects. Plus, the furniture was exactly as described: high quality, very sturdy and beautiful. I will definitely buy from them again.

I was in search for strong quality furniture to withstand my 3 boys! Luckily I came across this place.I was hesitant to check this place out but the staff was really helpful and the service I received was great.The furniture was great quality.. not the cheap stuff I’ve had in the past.. Plus my boys loved the style. They had a huge selection to chose from.

Ordered furniture back on May 30th and still have not received the order. Unable to get in contact with store to talk about order.Received phone call from store about order. To clarify, I did not call the store a thousand times everyday. When I placed my order, it said 3-4 weeks for it to ship. I didn’t call before. I called two to three times later in the day. The few times I did call, I couldn’t get through to anyone. The issue has been addressed.

We purchased a bed late March from their website, we did not receive any kind of confirmation that the bed was shipped by mid April so we became concerned and wanted to cancel our order. My husband is a very patient man and kept trying to reach them via email/phone for days. On May 1st, he received a phone call from FedEx that we would be receiving a large shipment from Kids Furniture Warehouse and someone would need to be home to accept the package. We were extremely confused at the lack in communication but also relieved that the bed was finally arriving. We put the majority of the bed together except for the large trundle/drawer portion because it is completely broken. This extra piece added $3-400 to our purchase so it was very important to us to have a trundle bed that functions with a trundle. We have contacted the company 3 different times via email, we have called over 10 times (no answer) - at this point, I don't know what to do. This has been awful customer service, I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

Horrible customer service I walked in and nobody said anything for a long period of time and then I asked if they could help me with a bed configuration and they sent me to talk to customer service for the brand I’m purchasing and I called customer service and they told me they could’ve perfectly helped me there. The manager was 0 helpful.

I ordered a bedroom set online and the entire process went GREAT! Placing the order was easy, it came in a timely manner, actually faster then I expected, Fed ex called me the week before it was to be delivered to set up a day & time I would be available, each piece was boxed in a way that made it simple to put together and it looks Awesome! I would definitely recommend Kids Furniture Warehouse!

Wow, these guys rock! I live in Minnesota so I called them up with some questions before a large online purchase. They were super quick to answer and just in general very helpful! I want to make special note of the Manager Jimmy that I spoke with, Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure our transaction was successful. Thanks again for the great experience Jimmy! I will certainly be referring others to your store for their furniture needs!

The absolute worst business! We ordered a bunk bed in March of 2019. It took about 2 months to finally get delivered to us but communication about the status was decent. The bed was delivered to the warehouse damaged so they reordered parts. Once those parts arrived we were contacted and told they were offering us free installation to make sure nothing else was damaged. Delivery and installation was scheduled for June 13. It arrived on time, they sent ONE guy to haul all the parts to the second floor of our house and install it. There were some damaged parts but only to the staircase of the bed. There's a cracked spindle on the railing going up the staircase, a chunk of wood cracked off of the bottom step which presents an issue with potential splinters, and the paint on the stairs looks like it's been rubbed off or areas were missed entirely. The delivery guy showed me the damage and had me write and sign a list of damages on the delivery form. He took pictures with his phone and I did as well and was told the delivery form with my signed notes would be given to the manager at the warehouse and I would be contacted about replacing the damaged parts. A couple of weeks go by and I didn't hear back. So I began calling and calls went unanswered during business hours. Messages were never returned. Finally got through one day in July and got an email address for the manager to be able to forward my pictures. Never heard back. So I began my calls to the warehouse again which went unanswered and messages never returned. Emailed again a month later, this is now August, no word back. More calls, more messages never returned. Another email in September this time expressing how appalled I am with the service I'm receiving and threatened a report to the BBB if no one gets back to me. Finally received a phone call where we discussed options. I was asked for part numbers for the stairs (why would I have those?!). I explain there are no part numbers on the bed and I'm not taking it apart myself to find out if there are stickers hidden underneath, besides, they should have all the part numbers. They offer to replace the whole bed with a different brand, which I said was absurd to replace a whole bed when only the stairs were damaged. I sent a link to another bunk we were considering, but it was from the same company so we'd risk dealing with the same shipping damage issues. I finally told them to just reorder the same bed and I would accept the stairs if they were not damaged and send the rest back. It is now May 2021 and we have been completely ghosted by this company. There was no further communication from them, obviously the bed was never ordered. Phone calls and messages go unanswered. At this point if I actually manage to get through to someone I don't think they'll be able to help me because the bed is two years old. Buyer beware! Run FAR away from this company!!

My furniture hasn’t even shipped and I’d never recommend this clown operation. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They were quick to charge my credit card, but business day #5 I was told that my furniture was on the pallet ready to ship, business day #8 I was told that there was a delay with the manufacturer, business day #9 I spoke to the “manager” Jimmy who said it will ship on business day #10 and that they are filling thousands of orders that’s why it hasn’t shipped, and today, business day #12 Jimmy isn’t available and I’m told that it’s being shipped today but I’ve yet to receive an email update or tracking number. What the ever-loving hell? If this is level of customer service that is standard then potential buyers...run the other way!!!!

I am starting to think this place is a scam. I ordered something that the said they have turns out they don't and don't know when it is coming in. asked for a refund then and still have not received it a week later. mind you I am looking for a good fast bed for a child with back issues and her bed broke.
