“Mike H was out to replace a tub that bf put in a year and 1/2 ago -we discover that the overflow drain in the tub was set to low and water was running into the bedroom behind the bathroom --mike came out did a great job resetting a new tub and moving the drainpipes so there would be no overflow problems --he was very professional -and work very hard”

“Clean and up to date, this parts shop makes your stop a quick visit. You can get your part from the shelves or just ask one of the two persons behind the counter. The prices here are on par with the online shops, so why pay for shipping or wait? You can find parts for refrigerators, dishwashers, washer and dryer, etc. I inherited a GE fridge, with the house I bought, that is in good condition but needed some repairs. I'm not ready to fork out 2K-3K on a new fridge, so these repairs will buy me a couple of years or more.”

“I just came to IKEA at this location to make a large purchase. I pretty much did all of my own shopping on the sales floor and grabbing my own items. When it came to check out, I had about 10 carts of items, including very large pieces of furniture. There was a sales person assisting with check out by the name of Jessyka. They were extremely outstanding in their assistance to me. I was completely overwhelmed and anxious because of how much space I was taking up and how long the process was to scan and pay for everything. Jessyka was able to help me scan everything appropriately and kept moving my scanned items out of the way to make weight for my items that were not scanned. They also advised me on how to complete my purchase so that I didn’t have to lose track of what I was scanning and buying. Jessyka really made all of the difference in my IKEA shopping experience they were kind, courteous, helpful, down to earth. I would return to this IKEA at any time and I hope that you give Jessyka a pay raise!”

Our bathroom was 26 years and needed a rehab. Ana helped us with the smallest of details and gave us detailed layouts for the construction. We were doubly impressed with her team and their desire to do the best job possible. They were very respectful of our home and of us while spending their days here for the construction period.
