I ordered replacement items on Kohls.com and tried to make an even exchange, as per instructions from a rep at Kohls.com. The store would not process the exchange as one item had been discontinued and the other had changed price. I called Kohls.com and was told that I would receive a refund and would receive my Kohl's cash back, but that has not happened. I contacted Kohl's on their Facebook page and was referred to their on-house team. It has been weeks and there has been no response. I'm extremely disappointed in Kohl's customer service. I'm stuck with two items that don't fit and no way to exchange them.
