Ordered 3 items for pickup. Called to confirm the order was ready and was told yes . Drove 35 minutes only to get there and be told they only have one of the three items I ordered?? Poor communication and poor customer service. Will go to the one on Narcoossee where I have had nothing but good experiences.

Ok, I just went to see what was on clearance in the intimate section and low and behold their regular sale was lower than the clearance 😳 🤔. If your clearance is 70 percent off and it wasn't. Why are the 30 to 50 percent off items less than the 70 percent items. Starting prices are the same between 50 and 20 dollars per bras.

This place has changed so much in that the registers are all on one side now, there's only one dressing room area (unisex) and Sephora has taken over a large part of the store right in the middle. There's also an Amazon drop-off area in the very back of the store.
