After almost three hours of waiting with my mom to do a urine exam, she was feeling very uncomfortable and needed to go to the bathroom, so I checked the screen, where the patient names are registered to have an idea how many people were ahead of us. It was when I realized that her name had disappeared from the list. So I asked the lady at the front office, the same person who had called me previously to take my order request, why I couldn’t find my mom’s name on the list anymore.She replied by asking for the patient’s last name. Then looked at the screen and rudely asked if had completed the check-in on their machine and what time it had been submitted. That had been almost three yours before. She then asked if I had been called to give the order request. I told her that SHE had called me more than an hour before and she bluntly DENIED it. She was very sarcastic and said that I HAD NOT given her any paper. I asked her to check her folders because it had to be there. She tried to dismiss me saying that it was not there because I HAD NOT given her anything. At that moment, my mom was trying to understand what was happening because she doesn't speak English. While I was answering my mom, the lady said very aggressively and loudly “I can speak Spanish ma’am!” I don’t understand why she was trying to bully me with such a lie. The fact is that her Spanish is “so good” that she couldn’t even realize that I was NOT speaking Spanish.When I asked her again to check the papers, she finally “found it”. And gave me NO apology for her lies and for accusing me of lying. She made up an excuse and I took my order request to another location where we had a great service.

I read some reviews before going and was a little bit worried about the long wait. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was done and left at 10:00. The lady who drew the blood was very nice and I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews.

Do not come here voluntarily. If someone makes you an appointment here or sends your labs here go anywhere else. They literally play games to your face and are the most disorganized and rude people I’ve ever dealt with.I’m 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was called to the window and the receptionist threw an attitude and left the window 20 minutes ago lol.This place is a joke and I’m going to file a grievance with my insurance company.I am missing work and have kids on break at home. I do not have time for this disgusting and intentional waste of time.In summary: DO NOT COME HERE. HAVE YOUR ORDER SENT TO ANY OTHER LAB ANYWHERE ELSE ON GOD’s GREEN EARTH.

Very rude, went to front desk to ask a question, felt rushed as they told me to sit back down while not answering my question. Do not recommend coming to this location, horrible customer service !!

I made an appointment for 1:45 and was called on time, we were done by 2:15 and the tech was the most gentle person taking blood EVER!!!! I didn’t even feel the needle go in, which is great because I hate needles….she got the vein perfectly on the first try, and the blood kept flowing!! I feel like I normally get clogged needles or something, but she was able to get all 5 vials. I was extremely impressed. I have to get blood work done at another place every 3 months and they almost always don’t get the vein on the first try, or they dig around for it or stick me 3x before giving up. The girl at Labcorp totally put them to shame lol. On top of that she was one of two people working and they were super busy but she stayed calm despite stressful conditions, and she was really sweet. I think sometimes people forget that the techs and nurses are people too, and they do the best they can with what they are given. It’s not their fault if they are understaffed and if people don’t bother making appointments so they don’t have to wait 3 hours. She said hey had been kept so busy they didn’t have time for lunch, which is sad. This labcorp needs more techs!!! But please train them like the girl that helped me, she was literally the best person at taking blood.

With an appointment or without an appointment it is a disaster, you wait more than 3 hours, the front desk person is poorly educated, rude and in a bad mood.

Honestly I will never come back to this place. Front ladies talk to you like if you were an idiot. They are very rude and the worst attitude. The registration kiosk’s don’t work, the only one that works it’s broken on the screen. The wait time it’s ridiculous. Again the ladies in the front desk make you feel like you are in very bad quality lab company.. :/ it gives very bad image to LabCorp. Awful!!!

Came in at 7:15am and left at 8:31am on a Wednesday morning. Did a walk in for a drug screen for my job. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. The place seems to be efficient and fast. You can’t try to do a walk in at a place like this in the late afternoon and think it’ll go by fast you have to come as soon as they open. My experience was good

Check-in process was easy. Wait time was acceptable. Front desk staff was friendly. However, the person who performed the blood draw hardly spoke to me during the procedure. The process didn't seem quite right which left me with a massive bruise, so I question the training of some of the personnel at that this location. I will choose another LabCorp lab in the future.

Are you kidding me??!!! I set an appointment for one of my team members to get a drug screen a week in advance. He showed up at 10:00 for his 10:30 appointment. He did not leave until 1:30. This place is ridiculous. I know of several medical procedures that can be performed in less time than this. The idiocy runs rampant here. Unfortunately I had to give this place a 1 star. That 1 star represents the amount of urgency and care for people that this place demonstrates.

The service for walk-in is awful I wait for my 5 year son for more than 4 hours. No consideration with the people, if you have a question they send you to sit down and wait for 2 hours or more to just get a check in complete, terrible service and it seems very short of personal, for the amount of people they must have more employees there.

Worst place ever! I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m., and it's past 3:00 p.m., and they still haven't called me in. They keep giving excuses, and telling everyone that they have to wait, what are they doing? What seems to be the problem? There's no patients that they are seeing right now, and there's not even enough patients here for them to take this long. I'm reporting this Lab to the Department of Health who will be conducting surveillance and an investigation of all the complaints related to the care provided by this Lab.

Garbage Customer Service. They do not care about you. The *00 customer Care number is just as bad as the service center. Definitely taking my business back to Quest.
