unpleasant and rude staffs with the nastiest attitude. i've seen patients ask basic questions only to receive an eyeroll and scoff in their faces. the waiting room was packed with appointments and walk-ins to which everyone was waiting and some people were here for 2 hours or more including me. we wanted to know how long until we were seen since the majority of us had things to do afterwards. whenever someone asked we would get such a disgusting attitude. everybody has the same problem with the woman at the front with the blonde bangs. avoid this place if you can it's not worth it if it's not for an employment screening.

Tried again a second time. Showed up with a confirmed appointment. Doors locked. No sign on door. Medical offices on same floor had no clue as to why . Is it possible to rate a "0"??

I had the same experience as mentioned by Mr. Carlos Lopez. The service was painfully slow, and the staff was blatantly disrespectful, showing no regard for basic hospitality. After waiting for an hour without any blood work done, a staff member rudely said, 'You can leave if you want.' At that point, I left, completely frustrated with the lack of professionalism.
I then went to LabQuest, 2 mins away from Labcorp and the experience was far better than at LabCorp.

Worst service ever ! I have my appointment on Walgreens on Windermere, they closed for the day without notice the customer with appointment just put a paper on the door sending you to sand lake sent and the sandlake office close their door before the time they supposed! Come on guys you care so little about customer services, I will complain directly with insurance and I hope they stop using your services!

Says online that they close at 3:00, came in at 2:20 and they said walk-ins are only taken before 2:00. Nobody else was inside.

This place is the worst to get blood drawn. They take forever with each patient and front desk lady does not have a good attitude. I will not be returning here.

ZERO STARS! Honestly this place is a disgrace to our community and does not represent sand lake well at all! Aside from hiring people who clearly don’t wanna to work there by the lack of good costumer service, the dirty environment, and I can go on, the WORST part of this place is that I took a stool test for my daughter and a week after having it turned in and still no updates, I find out they lost it! They never answer the phone so I’ve had to personally go there every time to have a 2 minute question answered because they refuse to answer the phones. This place is terrible. If you want to avoid head aches and repeating tests due to their negligence stay away from here.

Customer is amazingly terrible at this place, front desk lady has no good manners nor education to work with customers. Very rude and makes you feel like a dummy. The place smells bad, kind of like mold or mildew. Stay away from this location, honestly, I would travel far away before coming back to this location. After I was called the process was quick and easy.

I took my pregnant wife to have some tests done. I was waiting since 2:00pm for someone to attend to me in the reception cubicle and it turns out that after 30 minutes of waiting with my 7-month pregnant wife, the same doctor comes out to take the test. blood and does the exams, assists you at the reception called (GIORGIO) with what confidence I gave my arm or that of my wife to a person who does the work of 4 that is not fair and much less professional I hope they improve

This office should be closed! Terrible customer service, there is only one employee and it is the same one who serves you and makes the evaluations. Close this location, the treatment and waiting time is horrible.
