False advertisement. Plus the lady who seemed to be in charge had a very very bad attitude. Big bold 50% off written on top of t-shirts. Went to buy 2, I was given $3 per tshirt discount instead of 50%. When I tried to show her, with a lot of attitude she showed me some tiny text hidden beneath the t-shirts saying there was no discount. Then why put a big 50% off stand on top of the table with all tshirts?When I asked if they had a sweatshirt that the mannequin was wearing or something similar was in stock, she said it was their last piece. I found same thing later hanging in a corner.A lot of the other staff members who seemed sweet/better than her did not understand English at all.The rude lady in charge could also understand only basic English. Please get a better person incharge who does not falsify advertising and are able to guide the customers find products instead of just standing there and daydreaming out of the glassDoors.

The people that works in this store are scammers! The worst Lacoste store I ever Ben. My husband and I went there, my husband picks a couple shirts from the track that is label all $49.99 or less, when we get to the register the shirts are marking $89.99 we asked why is $89.99 if they were on the rack of $49.99? The answer of the employee was oh it’s because we only have a couple of this left so we put them there on that rack. I was hoping for something like oh someone put that shirt the by mistake, but NOT they do it on purpose to see if you don’t notice or now that you are on the register you buy it, what a SCAM never going back there and telling all my friends and family how this store scams you.

Employees here are horrible. Worst Lacoste branch I’ve ever been. I was checking out clothes and making sure that I got the right size and the worker purposefully yanked a couple of the clothes in front of me and folded them in a very forceful way like she hates the world. My husband asked another lady about the product and she just looked at him and ignored him.Horrible customer service. Employees with attitude problems.

STOP TOUCHING OUR CLOTHES My husband has contributed to his university and scientific areas in carbon capture and plastic waste recycling, and I am a housewife. I was always afraid to speak up about the issues and struggles of being Asian in America. But my husband and I have recently been troubled by such a sensitive incident. We were here looking for suggestions to help us get through this hardship caused by intolerable racism, which has become a nightmare for our family! We went to Orlando, Florida, during the Christmas break, and we decided to go to the local outlets (Lacoste store) to buy some clothes for my husband because the closest Lacoste store in North Carolina is over 3 hours from our home. When we entered the store, many customers were shopping there, and we joined them and started to find the right-size clothes for my husband. Suddenly, an employee in the store walked up to us and said, "STOP TOUCHING OUR CLOTHES; I CAN FIND THE SIZE FOR YOU!" We were so shocked that we froze instantly. At first, we felt very embarrassed because some customers stopped shopping and stared at us. After a couple of seconds, we realized what had just happened because we were the only Asians in the store. We have lived in the US for almost ten years, and we keep hearing the word "RACISM" from time to time, but mainly from the news and stories other people have shared. Now, at this moment, we cannot believe this has happened to us. We were waiting for an apology, but that person chose to walk away. After that moment, I decided to talk to the store manager, and I found out that she was that store's manager, so that no one could help us. But luckily, one employee of the store gave us her second manager's contact number, so we can call her and report this problem later if we want to. When we got home, we still could not feel any warmth from the cold air, both indoors and outdoors. Two days later, we decided to call them directly and ask for an apology, which was the only thing we needed. It was tough to contact the second store manager; it took us two days and multiple phone calls to speak with the second manager, who could solve our problem. We finally got to talk to her after a long phone call, but her solution was to offer us a 20% discount on my next purchase to keep me quiet about the problem. I feel dissatisfied. We told her we didn't need a discount; all we needed was an apology from that person. She asked for our phone number and email, and she promised to talk with her higher manager and get back to us within an hour. We have been waiting for almost a week after that, but no one has called us back. My husband felt upset, too, so he decided to call them again to check how the issue was addressed and to ask when we could receive that apology. The second store manager told me her higher manager had already contacted me (which he actually did not). Two minutes later, we got an email from a Lacoste manager who said he had been working with the other partners to solve this issue. My husband called him back, and then he said that he would call us in a day or two. Then we began to wait until today and have not received any responses. We ask for nothing but a sincere apology, which was supposed to occur one month ago. After the trip to Orlando, we were so depressed and low-spirited, not only because of the words thrown at us in front of so many people but also because of the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in this incident. We can still clearly remember the words "Stop touching." We haven't been able to concentrate on anything since then. We really do not want anyone to undergo this atrocious experience; it is a nightmare.

My man Frankie helped me find a shoe in the correct size that four other Lacoste stores couldn’t. Super friendly and helpful. If I want Lacoste, I’m coming back here.
