There is a church, restaurants and a walking track around the lake located in the middle of Orlando.
Playground: You can come with your children comfortably.
Toilets: Toilet is free and clean.
Dog-friendliness: You can walk your dogs with their leashes. There are also plastic bags in some places.

This is my #1 destination when I'm in Orlando area.
Love walking the 0.9 miles round the lake, very clean park, swans seem very tame.
