First delivery the driver decided to drive RIGHT OVER my stepping stones and IN BETWEEN my front steps and my parked truck, a very small space he had to squeeze in. I have two acres so he had plenty of room to park elsewhere vs compromising the safety of my two year old and my animals.Second delivery I was sitting on my front porch waiting on the driver at 5:15 p.m when he drove right past my property and headed to the rear of our community. I waited a few minutes then came inside to check tracking and it said my package had been delivered! Said he left it on the front porch....yeah right, I was ON the porch! So now having to deal with Amazon customer service, who is trying to get Lasership to redeliver...that is if the driver remembers where he put it! What a hassle.I tried calling the phone number for Lasership at 5:30 pm on a Monday, no answer and no voicemail either! It appears this company has some issues with its drivers as well as common business operations. Guess I'm spoiled by UPS and FedEx.UPDATE 9/5/18Two years later my issues with this company continue! Now my order with Chewy was shipped via Lasership and I'm very upset. I came home to find my 40 lb dog and cat food box thrown on the ground 100 feet from my porch, sitting in the rain uncovered. I am disabled and had to put this box on my truck so I could get it to my door. There was NO reason driver could not have driven right to my porch and continued out the other gate. Once on my porch I opened the box to find both dry dog food bag and canned cat food box busted open due to being thrown on the ground and was full of fire ants that attacked my hands and arms. I absolutely despise Lasership and told Chewy I will not order from them if they're going to use Lasership.ANOTHER UPDATE 9/13/19:I have now had TWO MORE orders from Walmart disappear and Lasership said it was delivered. Yesterday I had an Amazon package thrown over my gate at 6 pm after waiting all day and all my chlorine pool tablets are busted so I opened the box and was overwhelmed with chlorine fumes, coughing for 15 minutes. I'm contacting local tv stations, I'm sick and tired of these idiots. A class action lawsuit might fix this problem.Another Update 1/20/24:Last week Walmart used them again. And I couldn't find the package that was supposedly delivered. Finally found it OUTSIDE MY OPEN GATE, and where anyone driving by could take it. Amazing they changed their name but problems aren't fixed. My neighbor has had large packages delivered to someone else's property, and took 2 days of driving around to figure out where the photo was taken! I'm not ordering from Walmart now since they've gone back to using this company.

A rude company, they make a mistake and can not help you fix problems. Don't work with them. Terrible experience.

Package goes missing all the time, and the vendor refuses to use another service. I have stopped using the vendor because of the fine delivery service that just make packages disappear magically

My experience is like so many here, stayed in Orlando wearhouse for over two weeks, saying needed more information. Called 4 times, and finally, rep said would put in an investigation slip. Two days later received a notice delivery attempt failed. The message came in around 12;30, and the message time was 3:08. The rep who said was going to put in investigation said it may be lost. Then, I received message undeliverable, contact seller. Seller was told that the currier attempted and needed additional information. 3 people are home every day, we work from home, 2 cars in drive way. 4 phone calls, 3 messages on the website. Even asked is there any other information you need. Still no package.

Seriously I don't know why they have such a bad review but my experience they send me a text that my package was going to come in today and that's exactly what happened I received my package got here on time and in good condition so the only thing I can say was that they did a great job.

I was scared as hell after reading all the reviews. i ordered a nike shoes from ebay . After shoes were authenticated , they were ship by lasership. it was delivered as expected. I think they are solving their issues. No worries items will be delivered.

I ordered coffee from Nespresso and a few days later got an email saying it had been delivered to my campground office. I checked at the office and they had no package for me. Called LazerShip and they said they would investigate. A day later they had confirmed my package had been delivered at 6:24pm on the day the office staff said they had been open til 7 pm. I called Nespresso and they said to give it two business days to see if it arrives. Two days later, my package arrived.I did not mind the number of days it took. What I minded was that LazerShip lied to me Twice! Once, by saying it had been delivered and Twice, by saying they investigated and it had been delivered! If it had been delivered, then how did they have it to deliver two more days later?I have ordered from Nespresso for years and never had a problem until now.They must be saving money by choosing an inferior delivery company as LazerShip.

I called customer service several times. I get East Indians who you can't understand. I attempted to stop delivery on a package that was purchased on my debit via fraud. The representative said it would be stopped. IT WAS NOT STOPPED. I called back and the East Indian I spoke to hung up on me because I kept telling I couldn't understand him. I called again and the East Indian tried to sell me a gift card and when I told him I didn't want it he hung up on me. This \"customer service\" system you have in place LaserShip is an absolute joke. Your service is absolutely pathetic. I will be messaging Nordstroms, Amazon and posting on Facebook..

COMPLETELY TRASH!!! For the last year ive had multiple packages that shipped with lasership and they N E V E R arrive on time! It is completely absurd! Ordered something 2 weeks ago and was supposed to arrive on 12/5. Its now 12/9 and their tracking system states they need additional info before they deliver. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? JUST DELIVER MY PACKAGE. 0/1000000 recommend purchasing a product if its going to be shipped with Lasership. You wont receive it for 6 months.

ZERO STARS. This is by far the worst delivery service out there. I will make it a habit to contact companies from now on before placing orders to avoid Lasership at all costs. They mark packages as delivered when they're not. You do realize most people have door cameras now and you can't lie when you don't deliver packages, right? Not to mention the last package they did actual deliver, I watched the girl put it in my mailbox which I'm pretty sure is a federal crime, then she marked it as handed directly to a person which was a blatant lie. Customer service is a joke. I'm sure this company will go under soon enough.

Says “attempted delivery” but I was home all day and it never came. Extremely difficult to get ahold of and would not disclose the facility address or phone number. It’s been 5 days and they still haven’t made any updates of my package’s whereabouts or even attempted to contact me.Update: after assuring me several times that my package was at the facility and it would be delivered within 1-2 business days, they finally sent me an email and informed me that my package is lost.

Will be sharing my experience with LaserShip with WESH 13 News and a higher-up representative of Nike. I had two pairs of Nikes valued at approximately $300 retail value stolen twice from this company. Our residence has surrounding security footage and during the time which these packages were listed as delivered, there was NOBODY. I contacted Nike and they sent another two pairs through LASERSHIP AGAIN, but the exact situation happened again. LISTED AS DELIVERED BUT NO PACKAGE AND NO FOOTAGE OF ANY CARS OR TRUCKS DELIVERING. This company should face a federal lawsuit and the shoes that were stolen should be listed as stolen goods. This company is completely corrupted, they are snatching packages from big retailers too worried about volume and advertisement and not enough about waste and loss. This company is a complete fraud across the country. Look at their reviews for the locations in Florida, all of them have the exact same issue. The good reviews are mostly fake accounts with 1 review clearly indicative of fraud. Will be filing a police report to shut these guys down once and for all. Please contact the authorities too

The driver wouldn't place my package over the gate like every other major delivery company has no issue doing. After many days of delays and calls to customer service they agreed to drop it over the gate. I arrived home to find my package outside of the gate on the ground... really?

They delivered my package to the wrong apartment in the building. How do you even mess that up? It is so simple, unless you have trouble reading unit numbers. That's a whole other issue. Please just do your simple jobs. It is not that hard to follow simple instructions.
