I initially left this company a negative review after dealing with a rude, unprofessional employee who gave me incorrect information. However, after speaking with Lester Lopez, I received accurate guidance, was able to bring my account current, and can now file my claim through the insurance company.
My advice: if you encounter a disrespectful or unhelpful representative, call the 1-800 number and ask to speak with someone else.

Subject: Loan and Coverage Advisory Read Before You Sign Anything
I’m keeping this plain and simple: they’re going to try to upsell you with a bunch of “extras” tied to your loan. Don’t take any of them. None of those add-ons are beneficial I repeat, not beneficial.
Here’s what happened on my end. I’m currently not working, so I had taken out a protection plan that was supposed to cover my loan payments while I was unemployed. When I called, they said they’d start processing my claim and that I could ignore follow-up calls since the process takes a few days.
Later, someone else called, transferred me to a manager, and that’s when the truth came out. The manager said I don’t qualify for any coverage because I’m not receiving unemployment benefits. She said I’d have to file a separate claim with the company, and even then, it would only be approved if I had unemployment income. Basically, the coverage I paid for doesn’t actually cover anything unless you’re already collecting unemployment.
Then they tried to pitch me a $500 “discount package” and another add-on close to $400 a total of about $900 for nonsense you’ll never use. That’s money better spent reducing your loan balance.
And to top it off, after explaining my situation, the rep asked how I planned to pay and said she didn’t care how just that I needed to pay. So I asked her if she wanted me to pull the money out of thin air, since I’m not working. She didn’t flinch.
Bottom line: be careful. These are high-interest loans, and despite all the payments I’ve made, my balance hasn’t dropped. Read the fine print and don’t fall for their “extra coverage” sales pitch.

Very thorough, very reliable and custom tailored service for each client. My Fiancée and I went came into the office for a loan and Mike the loan Rep was nothing but helpful and pleasent to work with. He reviewed all the contract with us and was knowledgeable when answering our questions. When in need of quick cash for an emergency I highly recommend them. Just make sure to pay back the principal as quickly as possible, similar to every other loaning institution. Overall great experience.

Bad experience, they lied to me saying that I made $7000+/month and thats why they qualified me for my loan. I've never made close to that much money in one month. I informed them that I'm having financial trouble., they told me that they were surprised of that.

This Company is shady as can be. I did accept a loan from them and I will never do so again. While reviewing my account I see that they extend out the payment due date when you pay over so they can charge you interest & late fees when you do not make your normal monthly payment by its due date. Stay away from this company everyone. My loan is almost paid for and they are trying to attach late fees to my loan by stating my due date on the site & app is a month later than it actually is.

The girl answering calls today, whom doesn’t introduce herself should not be on phones. She doesn’t know how to speak with people and has no manners. This has turned me off from wanting to use this company again.

My car was turned in for voluntary repossession in June 2024. The car was supposed to be taken to the Orlando auto auction. I found out they stole the car and they don’t know what happened to it. I’m letting the Orange County sheriffs department handle the investigation. They are thieves and they are liars. When somebody turns in the car with a voluntary repossession So they don’t have to spend time looking for the car. I know I did the right thing. Don’t worry it ain’t over till it’s over And it ain’t over. Somebody’s going to jail for a long time.
