Drive the extra 2 miles and visit the Red Bug store instead. These people that work here are so lazy and don't even want to help you carry the chlorine jugs to your car. I even pulled up to the curb since he said he'd help me load it from there and the guy disappeared into the back so he didn't have to help me. No wonder no one is ever in there. I usually avoid this store because its the same interactions every time but it was on my way home and now I remember why I never go here.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this place is consistently rude, disrespectful, and apathetic toward their clientele. I've watched Sarah go to the back as soon as a customer walks in as she engages in what could only be described as a very personal phone call. I've seen her berate customers for standing in line. Between the "printer is down " and the " app isn't syncing" the level of care here is subpar.
Until people speak up, this "Sanctioned Incompetence " will continue and the store owners will never know the business this one individual has cost them.
Read the comments. This isn't the first Sarah complaint.

I was looking for a specific pool pump and Sarah was EXTREMELY helpful! She went above and beyond to find it at another store (Chickasaw Trail). They unfortunately have not been even close to as good at customer service, but I wanted to give Sarah kudos for all she did!

I got expert level service and more expansion of what to do with my pool on my first visit here with than I have received in over 25 years of going to the pinch a penny pool store across the street.SeriouslyThe professional, Sarah, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to guide me in the right direction to have me come back as little as possible (which is a good thing)I'll never go back to pinch a penny ever again.... Especially since they also don't stay open after 5pm during the week, ever. ?Thank you, Leslie's poolsYou've got a customer for life

Best Leslie's around, and I've been to a few. The manager here and her staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They really care about your needs. Good selection of pool supplies and toys. Don't hesitate to go in, they're still open even though there's construction at the Publix.

The staff is rude and unresponsive. Manager didn't carry chlorine to my 70 year old wifes' car. Manager charged her for anew bottle deposit for a broken cap on one of their own old bottles. She makes you wait to fill the bottles every time use this store. There's too many other good stores to use this one. Stay away.

Steven was completely disrespectful on top of the most incompetent person I’ve ever met. There’s plenty of people looking for jobs right now, highly recommend replacing him ASAP.

Any work they do is only warrantied for 3p days. Called 34 days after my service and they want to charge another $400 for the same thing they did last month. Don't use them

Staff is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you stuff. Prices seem to be a little bit more compared to the competition.
