This place is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I go in there to get my water tested the machines broke they don’t have time. I will now be going to management in the store is the worst I’ve seen. Pinch a Penny. Here I come

This store is ALWAYS - and I do mean always - out of chlorine! How can a store not adequately stock a product that is ALWAYS in demand? Oh, and it's the day after Memorial Day? Does "management" understand customer service or are they just concerned about the bottom line? Quit being so short-sighted and appropriately anticipate customer service. Oh, how about losing your customer base like Budweiser or Target or any other establishment that doesn't understand the customer or guest always comes first...

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to sell you things you don't need which is why we continue going there and buying our pool supplies and pool toys from them.

They always have what your looking for and friendly staff to help right when you walk threw the door. They didn't have as much knowledge of some parts if your looking to DIY your pool pump but can head you in the right direction for people who can help. Great Job guys.See you next time.

I've been shopping here for the last 10 years,and Andi and her team are so much fun,and the knowledge they share is very helpful. I am never disappointed when i stop in the store. Andi is very knowledgeable with her expert advice.Leslies needs more Andi's in the stores.

Had them replace a board in my control panel, Job was $890.00. The next day, we were not able to change our solar settings. We called to have them back out to fix it and got the run around for 3 weeks. Today tech came out and said it would be $139.00 for the service fee. I told him that I didn’t think it was fair, he agreed and said he might be able to get it down to a $24.00 QC charge, but needed to call “the boss”. We he came back from his call, I had 2 choices. I could pay the $139.00, or I could not pay anything and sign the invoice stating that I refused to pay because I thought this should be a warranty call. If I did not pay, I would be DISMISSED as a customer!Terrible customer service!
